I bought a Rowing Machine and I'll use it when I get around to changing the Tablet Holder to be able to install the Batteries in the Console!

I bought a Rowing Machine, not yet used due to maintenance on house where it's going. It Seems to function as other Rowing Machines I've used.

However, after assembly the batteries CANNOT be installed into the "Console" as the "Tablet Holder" covers the access to the battery compartment.

I may just cut a piece of the Tablet Holder away or make a replacement, unless you have another option?

To be honest



To be honest, I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated and the level of service I have received from your company. Considering I have spent approximately $35,000 on a home gym, I expected a much higher standard of customer service.

Firstly, I was misled by your sales representative, who advised me that the four-station machine came complete with its own attachments. When it was delivered, it came with none of the attachments that I had been led to believe were included.

To make matters worse, the machine itself arrived scratched. Rather than replacing or properly repairing the damaged parts, someone simply sprayed over the scratches with touch-up paint, which has left the machine looking even worse than it did originally.

The installation experience was equally disappointing. Your installer left my home looking like a pigsty, with rubbish and packaging left everywhere. When I raised this with him, his response was simply that it "wasn't his job" to clean up after himself. I found that completely unacceptable.

Following my complaint, I was promised that your company would arrange for cleaners to come and rectify the mess. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. No one has contacted me, no cleaners have been sent, and there has been no follow-up whatsoever.

What is equally disappointing is that no one from your company has even bothered to check whether the equipment is functioning correctly or whether I am satisfied with my purchase. After spending this amount of money, I expected a level of after-sales service that reflected the value of my investment.

Overall, I feel let down by your company from the sales process through to delivery, installation, and after-sales support. This has been a very poor customer experience, and I believe your company needs to address these issues urgently.

I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how you intend to resolve these outstanding concerns.

Great home gym. Friendly staff.

The guys at Success took the time to explain the pros and cons of a home gym vs a functional trainer. For me maverick home gym made sense because of stations. I felt listen too and the staff knew there stuff without being pushy.

Overall good experience

Customer service was good, delivery & installation was good, happy with product itself. Only thing that was a bit of a let down is having to chase delivery date after being told estimated date & that confirmation would follow which didn’t happen. I had to call to find out day before which makes it little difficult to organise as I work & have commitments.

Edited to 5 stars. Appreciate the response & understand that sometimes things don’t happen as planned.

Cameron placed the bike on order

Cameron placed the bike on order, it arrived and I collected it. Apart from the acceptable transport delay I was very happy with the service.
