I use DXO Pure Raw 4 for noise…
I use DXO Pure Raw 4 for noise reduction and sharpening. I like to shoot wildlife and I often shoot at high shutter speeds to capture motion or in low light with high ISOs. The program does a fantastic job in cleaning up the images and retaining detail.
I have had a few problems since I first got it but they turned out to be computer issues rather that the program itself. When I contacted DXO the support crew were quick and extremely helpful.

The communication was consistent…
The communication was consistent throughout the time I had an issue with the software. The only thing I would say is if there was an option to speak to someone to solve a problem, the issue would have been solved probably on the phone in the moment instead of months of exchanging Diagnostics in videos. Other than that the company was helpful and made an effort to solve the issue I had.

DXO PhotoLab, a high quality photo editor
I have used DXO PhotoLab for several years and update annually. I find the raw processing, lens corrections and noise reduction to be of extremely high quality. I also find it easy to make the edits I want to make to my photographs. The company routine adds useful features. I hope that they soon add panorama stitching, HDR, and focus stacking capabilities. In summary, I find PhotoLab easy to use, with most of the features I need resulting in very high quality results!

I had troubles with my old DxO…
I had troubles with my old DxO softwares (3 of them) and can't use them. As my password didn't worked. Even I was sure it was the correct one. I send an email explaining my situation. The help desk send send me a reset link. I reload my old version. Now I can work again on my RAW files.

DXO is great software when you need to improve your pictures. It is unbeatable to denoise high ISO pictures. But you need a powerful computer to have an experience in real time especially when you are using AI masks or want to export denoised pictures.
