Terrible, fraudulent company. I backed this project nearly 2 years ago, and was promised delivery in January 2020, then November 2020, then May 2021. They failed to meet every deadline. The produc... See more

Scam

Scam, avoid. After backing the project in 2019 the creator vanished with most of the backers money in March 2022. I can’t believe the site is still live!

Never Fund Dune Case LLC or its Affiliates!!!!

Do not ever support Dune Case LLC or its affiliates! I backed them during their Indegogo campaign and found myself waiting for years for nothing but empty promises and their company continuing to market a product that hadn't even been produced. The owner fled the country with his girlfriend and ran with the money. So now I'm sitting here stuck with the fact I lost out on $300 and hopeless to ever be refunded. I rarely ever back projects and I'm speechless at this point. Lesson learned I guess..

Scam. BEWARE

Paid to back the dune case years ago on Indiegogo. We were continually promised a finished product would be delivered. We were then asked to pay an additional 90 or 300+ USD on Dune Pro’s newly created website if we wanted our PC cases on time. Fast forward to July 2022 and it’s unclear if cases have been delivered, the discord server is abandoned, the dune case Shopify site is removed, Indiegogo is investigating the campaign, and there has been radio silence from Dune Pro since the beginning of 2022. Do not trust Dune or it’s affiliates. Google dunescam for more insight on this scam of a “company”.

Alexander Chan Gomez is a rat

I watched a Linus Tech Tips YouTube video about the Dune Case Pro. I loved the way it worked and looked like a sure thing as their previous case had gone through without a hitch. So i went over to their Indiegogo website and paid the $299.00USD for my case. This was over 2 years ago. their website is gone and their social media platforms haven't been updated in months. I suspect that they
wanted to run off with the money and had no intentions of giving us the product.

Lost $299 USD on this scam

Lost $299 USD on this scam. I believe he had the intention of making a computer case but eventually gave up and ran to Bali with over $1.3M USD in his pocket from the poor people who supported him.

Backed from the first outset

Backed from the first outset. Knew towards the end i was never going to get the case. Someone should hunt him down post his address and sit back and watch all those he conned hound him for their money back.

Money gone.

Ordered here in October 2020, paid USD 314. There were many delays - which would be understandable due to COVID and war.
Now the campaign owner has obviously gone dark and ran away with the money (see numerous reports on their Indiegogo campaign) to build a house and buy a new kitchen... fraud reported with the FTC. Hope they will rot in prison for an appropriate time.

The PC scam of the decade

In November 2019, I purchased a Dune Case. There were constant delays which I somewhat understood due to the state of the world. But it has now become clear that it is a complete scam full of lies, deception and false promises. The team is now radio silent.

I’m backer 4132

I’m backer 4132. Ordered over 2 years ago. Never received a single thing. Now the CEO is openly admitting that his new website is a ponzi scheme with the expressed purpose to fulfill cases ordered 2+ years ago. The man is a fraud and the company is nothing more than a shell to launder his ill-gotten gains. Run away and count yourself lucky to have not fallen victim to this scam.
