I responded to your previous reply Duke and Scoop and gave you all your requested information, my order number etc; Order #342597627. You've not had the decency to respond to me despite what you've written in response to my review. I've got another meaningless update from Dale in your Customer Services Team who offered me 20% back off my order total. I ordered my harness on 28th April. Today is the 20th May with still, no order. I want all my money back. Your levels of customer services are atrocious. I would have never used your company knowing it would take this long and I've still not received what I ordered. Avoid this company if you're reading this as a potential customer. You'd have a better experience ordering from Shein!
I actually think the positive reviews for this company are false. They mostly all read very similar and generic whereas the negative reviews differ and are detailed. Avoid using this company.

Thank you for your last reply in Trustpilot, but the money is still not returned to any of our Bank accounts or Credit cards, please tell me where you have sent my refund and to whom? This not a different question all I want to know is the date you processed my refund and to which Bank account/ Credit Card you returned the money, not hard, but obviously it is in your case.

I didn’t realise my order would take so long to arrive. Still haven’t received it. I have asked for a refund so I can order something quickly from Amazon. Won’t ever use again. No email reply just an email to say the have received me email.

3-5 days and next day despatch - a joke. It took 2 weeks to acknowledge my order, a further 2 weeks to send it.

The tracker does not work - its supposed to track where your animal is not tell you where they were 2 hours ago.
I will be requesting a refund although from what I have read it won't be very forthcoming!

Package came properly packed and nothing was damaged. Everything was inside and correct. No confusion or missing items. Just a normal smooth delivery. That’s how it should be.

Prices are actually reasonable compared to similar sites. I checked a few before ordering. For what I got, it feels worth it. Not overpriced or too cheap. Just right.

Shipping wasn’t super fast but they were clear about it so I didn’t mind.

My dog is really picky so I didn’t expect her to like the bed. But she literally went and sat on it immediately. It still looks good after a couple weeks and hasn’t flattened. I keep checking because I’ve had bad ones before. This one actually holds up.

The products actually look like the photos which is rare sometimes. Nothing looked off or different. The quality feels fine for what I paid. I’ve already used everything without problems. Would probably order again.
