I’ve got a number of issues:
- subscription model tempts you to purchase, but if the product(s) don’t suit you there is no way to cancel. I’d advise anyone who isn’t sure to not be tempted and try smaller sizes first (if available)
- products are expensive even by comparison to mid-range premium brands, £50 for a tube of moisturiser is a lot
- packaging is wasteful and doesn’t seem to scale to size of product

Amazing customer service. I had a problem with the pump on my cleanser and they replaced it straight away. I’ve been using their products for almost a year now and I’m so happy, they’ve transformed my skin.

I’ve been using Dr Sam’s since mid December & have really noticed a brightness & freshness to my skin plus drastically reduced redness that has given me the confidence to go bare faced most days. I tried a slightly different product than my routine recommended - to give it a try. My skin instantly told me it didn’t like it & so I contacted the Customer Service Team who were amazing 5*. They listened to how my skin reacted & issued a refund immediately. They also amended my subscription. I’ll definitely be continuing with my Flawless Cleanser, Intense Moisturiser & Brightly Serum. My skin loves it.

Amazing customer service! I order Dr Sam’s products regularly. I have never experienced any issues until today when my order arrived damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they helped me, they sent me a replacement order with no additional cost. I love their products and I will happily come back

A fab site! The products actually work, and have helped my skin no end! Although not cheap, products are good quality and only a little is used each time so they last a while!

I had a problem with a product not working properly. The team got on to it immediately. I received a replacement product very swiftly. Was very impressed with their helpfulness. Have been using Dr Sam's for 7 years and very satisfied with it.

My shopping experience is always super seamless when I visit the Dr Sam's website. I also get a number of notifications to update me on the stages of the shipping process so I know exactly when to expect my delivery. Of course it helps that the product itself is wonderful (Dr Sam's Moisturiser Intense)!

Started using dr sams cleanser a couple months ago really cleared up my hormonal acne that i struggled with for such a long time. When i had issues with my package not being delivered i reached out to them and they replied on the same day. Really good brand and def worth the money

Their website is very useful with guides on what products work for each person's needs and I found what I was looking for by using their routine finder. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with all the products I've bought so far. Until now, I haven't used SPF in my daily routine because I kept getting breakouts. My favorite product is the daily sunscreen which really surprised me.

I'm not sure if I did something incorrectly but I haven't recieved my parcel for an order that was £50. I ordered it roughly about the end of last week or start of this week and ive had nothing delivered as far as im aware.

Amazing customer service! It was my second time ordering from here. Everything was going well until the shipping company lost my package. I immediately contacted the customer service and they helped me through the whole process. Even though it took quite a while, in the end they sent me a replacement order with no additional cost. So I did not mind the long wait. I absolutely love their products and with such great service I will happily come back :)

I had a query about a gift voucher that I received and even though it was Sunday - I received a really prompt reply this morning and was able to sort out my problem
