3 or 4 years ago I bought a saw max tool. I used it twice to cut metal with the cutting discs included with it. Now I can't find any replacement discs for it , it's a 150$ paper weight.
I contacted Dremel regarding a battery which stopped charging after just two uses. The response was in essence "tough luck" we won't replace it. Im now looking to see if the consumer rights act can b... See more

I'm owner of dremel 3000
I'm owner of dremel 3000. It's the worst expensive scrap I ever bought. After 4-5 times I used it, it stopped working. When I opened body I found wire gone. I repaired it but it stopped working again and again. I'll not fixed it again because it's not worth. I'm just going to buy Chinese unbranded one, probably better than dremel. Don't waste your money people. Don't buy it.
Dremel 7760 PawControl
The Dremel 7760 PawControl is a super helpful tool. With the 7760, I can easily groom my dog's nails without having to make a trip to the groomer. The tool is easy-to-use, affordable, and made Dremel which has a long standing reputation in the marketplace.
I think this tool would be very beneficial to anyone that wants to tackle nail care for their pet.

Great little tool from Dremel
I purchased a Dremel Versa at Lowe's. I thought it would be handy to puff clean my glass stove top. It worked like a charm! Then I sanded out the small scratches in my hot tub and then puffed the tile in my bathroom shower. It's a great little tool for those small jobs around the house. I recommend this product. Dremel Digilab 3D40 Flex – 3D Printer
This was my first dip into 3D printing so I have little to compare this 3D printer with. I’ve also been having to learn about 3D printing processes as well as mastering the printer so this was a whole new experience for me in more ways than one. I’ll try and keep these comments relevant to the printer though, rather than any difficulties grasping the processes, filetypes and software applications that I had to get to grips with.
The printer was well-packaged and although of robust construction, it is deceptively light in weight. It has top and front doors for access to the work area and contains its own internal lighting.
The documentation is clear and includes a quick setup guide and a full manual and thankfully, through following the instructions in them, I found the printer easy to set up and to perform the initial calibrations.
There are some built in designs included with the printer, but I opted for a Thunderbird 1 model which I downloaded from Thingiverse. Dremel also supply slicing software and within the documentation supplied there are links to manuals for the software as well as links to websites with ready-made design files available to download.
I wasn’t sure what quality to expect from 3D printers but I was reasonably pleased with my first attempt – although the nose cone did show signs of a little unevenness – but that may be because I knocked the size down to 50% of the original – to avoid using up all of the supplied filament in one go! I just used the default settings too so when I know a bit more, maybe I can play around with settings adjustments to improve it.
The operation of the printer is far quieter than I had imagined it was going to be – in fact the loudest noises from it are the alert sounds when it starts and finishes.
Apparently there are a range of different materials that can be 3D printed (I’m learning all the time!) but this particular model is only compatible with PLA filament. If you need other materials then it might be worth looking at some of the other models in the Dremel range which have options for other materials.
I’ve still got a lot to learn but my initiation into 3D printing was definitely made easier by the user-friendliness of this particular printer. Granted it’s not the cheapest of 3D printers but the price is reflective of the quality of the build and engineering.
One of the worst companies for customer…
One of the worst companies for customer satisfaction and service.DO NOT BUY DREMEL ROTARY TOOLS.I bought A DREMEL 3000 thinking it would be good quality because of the dremel brand.Wrong.After very little use it completely stopped working. After checks I found it was the wire on the field assembly had burnt and broken off the terminal end.Now for the even worst bit.Checked fault online and was shocked by how common this fault is on all their rotary tools. This problem has been going on for years and years and dremel have not changed anything. They also don't reply to email complaints. The good reviews are from people who very rarely use it.If you use it on higher speeds for longer than a few minutes it WILL BREAK. Check all negative reviews and internet posts on the subject before buying.
Great service
I have a multi tool 395 for about 10 years, I used it to build motorcycles and loads of other jobs, rencetly bought the speedclic system for it, and then the switch packed in. So contacted them through Facebook messenger, they were very helpful, told me I'd need a new switch at a cost to me, fair enough as I'd had the tool for years. I couldn't afford to get it fix so I left it there. Later I got a phone call from them and they offered to send me the part I needed for free. Wow.. I wasn't expecting that.... well done dremel/Bosch. Fantastic, thank you
Great company
Eighteen months after purchase my Dremel 3000 packed in. Something internal had overheated and burnt out (I was told later). I phoned the service centre. They sent a van to pick up the tool. Fixed it and returned it with an apology. No charge. Do companies like this still exist or was this a one off? Brilliant service.
