It's easy to tell when a company values client satisfaction above making a buck. From the get-go, they contact you via WhatsApp almost immediately after placing an order. I've dealt with a lot of PC hardware vendors and I can assure that this is almost unheard of. Jess was super friendly, professional and thorough in her responses on WhatsApp. They even went out of their way to accommodate me so that my order could still be fulfilled before their closing date. I can highly recommend Dreamware Tech and would wholeheartedly encourage anybody to support them.

Good customer service, very keen on reaching out to help if there's an issue with your order. Finally they know how to tie that knot when sending over your order (my asus motherboard came in nicely packed with a chocolate slab in it and a note of appreciation for supporting them and also congratulate my purchase. That's a first time experience ).

Ooooofcourse!! Like right now!!! I can honestly say I am a walking billboard for you guys in my region... and only reason I gladly become a advert for Dreamware is due to your integrity, care and just over all legendness that is you guys... and I am gonna be honest, I do see a lot pricing for things cheaper on other sites but yet none of them ever got me to click add to cart just cause of I feel just safer and more involved in my purhase with you peepz...I will rather pay that extra bit and get treated like a human than just another costumer... oooor maybe you just really really really good at the evil corporate thing🤣 easiest way I would put it is the reason I don't use AMD, I have been intel for all my live, never been let down by intel and I could rely on their product, why would I diminish this long relationship cause momentarily another is little better for a little less? So Dreamware is my Intel.

I mean it’s the most convenient thing to chat with the owners on the most popular messaging system in the world. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to buying computer parts.
