I paid more than retail price for popmart products. It was advertised as popmart, unsealed boxes. One came opened up in a plastic bag with no way to authenticate the products b/c no QR code tag and the other came in box packaging that is completely different from popmart’s packaging (ie - no holographic sticker, different opening mechanism, strange print/ color on box). Icon Paris clearly sells FAKE products. Plus it took like a month to ship.

Total scam, waited for 3 weeks for the order. After one time on (one time!!!) they look like shit already. This cannot be an original ON product, noway. Price is original though. I will take legal action when they do not return me money. Never ever oder from them!!! Wish I saw previous reviews before!

Never received the parcel or an answer of the customer support. Absolute scam

I haven’t received my order. Misleading website- items shipping origin is china and not the original brand as Ami Paris.

Unfortunately, since there's no option for zero or negative stars, I’m forced to give one star. This was the worst experience I’ve had. To begin with, don’t be misled by the name—the items are manufactured and shipped from China! It took an entire month for the item to arrive, which was meant to be a Christmas gift. Attempts to contact the company were futile—it felt like shouting into the void, with no response whatsoever. When the item finally arrived after a month, it was far below expectations. Honestly, you’d be better off buying a 20-euro pair of shoes from any local store. Don’t fall for the same trap!
