Your site was very easy to use.
Your site comes highly recommended and the booking process worked really well. With the help of using the filters I could narrow down the selection of cars easily. I chose to collect my car from an Airport terminal desk rather than the ‘bun fight’ that getting the mini van to the other rental companies has become in the past.

All risk insurence and still 2000 euro deposit??
After rehting a car and pay for a full insurance i still have to pay 2000 euro deposit that they return in 30+ days! This was not mentioned during the hiring proces but mentioned after i paid with my credit card.

The rental company first asked for a International Drivers license
The rental company first asked for a International drivers license. (Was never told about this). I able to buy online for $60USD
Then they looked at my drivers license, which had just been renewed in NOV, but our drivers license did not have a date on it for how long I have been driving (am Canadian-Ontario). So i was unable to provide that and so then said you are classified as a young driver and have to pay 16 euro extra a day plus a non-refunable full tank at 260 Euro. Both extra hidden fees are a scam totalling 460 Euro!!!
BTW I have been driving for 37 years.

My last trip to Spain 🇪🇸 I booked with your company, got picked up T Airport and taken your short drive to book in and pick my car up very satisfied with the service although with arriving late in the evening the car was brought to main entrance and only realised the fuel tank was only half full days later . I am totally mystified how on earth…
I am totally mystified how on earth this company has a decent review status with Trustpilot. They however are excellent at taking zero responsibility for customers booking via their agent portal. Group of car on the voucher. Something they just pluck from thin air totally meaningless! I have yet to understand how I was so lucky to be UPGRADED from a Peugeot 108 5 door to an ageing Fiat 500 2 door? Perhaps I am just one of those customers who pays your money and has the **** taken out of them. Yes, they are cheap but at the end of the day believe me you get what you pay for DYS are certainly no exception. P.s customer service at DYS is an insult to those companies and businesses that actually pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Just seen the reply from DYS to this review. The usual stepping away from taking any responsibility. Instead switching to the good old rhetoric “we value our customers”. Yep blame Goldstar its easy cop out!!!

Goldcar Alicante
The company recommended Goldcar at Alicante Airport for an 11 day car rental. Having used DYS for 15 years without problems I felt confident we would recieve a good service. The on-airport pick-up was chaotic with a delay of 1hour 20mins, the suggested car was not available so an upgrade was given. On return I was presented with a photo of a rear door scratch which had not occurred on our hire but had not been previously recorded on their records. I now have to pay for their oversight. They said I should have inspected the car more thoroughly on pick-up. Not easy in a poorly lit car park in the dark. Be warned!
