I ordered assuming item was in stock, chased to find they were awaiting stock ! Poor communication and unprofessional when answering phone ! Arrived ove a week later

Good price and prompt delivery

I ordered a door closer and it took nearly two weeks to arrive. After a week I emailed asking where it was, initially didn't get a response, then when I threatened to cancel the order I got an unapologetic reply to say that the item had been posted that day - it took nearly another week to arrive due to Easter!

Simple process to order. Good communication. Good delivery updates. Speedy delivery service

Order placed and paid for on the 10th March.
Now the 20th, still no product and after numerous phone calls going to mobile voicemail, still no response.
We had 3 requests over the weekend to write a review, so unfortunatly, here it is :(

I ordered door closers online as it looked like they were in stock, but when I got the invoice it was apparent they didn’t have them. I contacted them by phone as this was a rush job and they agreed to refund me, that was 20 days ago. Email messages bounce back and they won’t answer the phone. £660 out of pocket. I will pursue a chargeback but I can do without the hassle

Ordered lock in 16th Jan with next day delivery. Now the 24th and no Lock. Not even an email to say it's been dispatched.

We ordered 2 aluminium kick plates and they are both exactly as we ordered. The pre-drilled holes helped a great deal and the plates also came with screws for fixing. The packaging was very good and we particularly thought that the corner guards, to stop the corners of the plates getting damaged in transit, were a very good idea.
