Driver Had "Issue"...

Driver "canceled" order en route because they had an "issue". Also, Doordash wouldn't even refund me the cost of the product that I never received. Customer Service was rude and incompetent.

Forget ordering Olive Garden

Forget ordering Olive Garden. Last two times it took 45 minutes to receive food. One time tracker actually showed driver passing our house to go 10 minutes past.
Cold Italian food is not good.
No apologies and no help from OG.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My order was missing an item but I was still charged for the full order. I immediately sent images including from the delivery driver showing it was missing. This "issue" was immediately closed with no way to reopen it. Called and emailed many times with no help. All calls saying they will get back to me with no response.

Awful Even to Dashpass Members

Been a Dashpass member for many years but they are the most consistently late with deliveries and don't refund for cases of not receiving food or having soda spilled all over the bag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time but I honestly think it's better to go hungry than use them.

I ordered delivery for Mother's Day…

I ordered delivery for Mother's Day because I'm a florist and worked all day and I really didn't want to cook today. So yeah I ordered the food and it came and several items were missing. My meal ended up being just a sandwich, my husband's meal didn't come with his drink, and my son's meal wasn't a full one either. Spent $52 and tipped $12. I called them, didn't seem concerned said I'll being hearing about the review in an hour. Got off the phone and not even a minute later got an email stating they will not refund me for the items. Doordash is a joke. They don't want to help at all and don't care because they get a cut of the money they don't want to give back.

Waiting almost 2 hours for delivery??

Ordered food and it wasn't scheduled to arrive for 1 hour and 45 minutes, couldn't cancel because they were already preparing my order almost 2 hours in advance. I haven't received the food yet,I'm certain it won't be fresh, hot or even edible after that long!
What a joke!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Spent $8 for delivery of two boxes of Bausch and lomb contact solution, ordered 10 boxes but you are not even allowed to know what store you're ordering from so instead of 10 I received 2. The driver left them outside the apartment building of 90 residents and of course by the time my aid came they were gone! Tried to contact support and they said there was nothing they could do!!! Never got the items AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO!!! APPARENTLY THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP BASED ON THEIR TERRIBLE RATINGS!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! CONTACTING BBB ALSO!!! Left instructions for driver to bring to my door, but he left outside main door on a MAIN STREET!

You guys are terrible when it comes to refunds and credits. There shouldn’t be a limit on how many refunds someone can get when the issue is caused by the store and not the customer. If orders are being messed up, that responsibility falls on the business, not me. Customers shouldn’t have to keep paying for mistakes they didn’t make

Because I can’t give zero stars. I used door dash never signed up for anything yet I’m charged 9.99 every month went on their site and there is no cancel option. It states that I can try their DoorDash pass. So I don’t have it why are they charging me. They are not available 24/7 like their site states. Worse company to deal with.

If i could give no stars I would. All I wanted was a refund on two items that I never got. Showed proof and everything. "Due to policy" they refused to give me credit or a refund. This company is completely useless and I canceled my membership right after.

Out of all the times that I have used…

Out of all the times that I have used DoorDash I am disappointed a majority of the time. The smaller town orders are the worst when you get food thirty minutes late and cold. They get to choose to pickup more orders while waiting for your order and you order ends up coming 3-4 stops later and always cold. Customer service is not a help. All food is cold yet they give you a tiny credit of a couple dollars. The fees are astronomical for the service you get. It’s just easier to get it yourself in small towns.

Never use door dash

Door dash sucks if an order they clearly showed they have isn't there they have people who dont speak English to help you today I ordered motrin my son has fever hes 4 I called customer service and no one could help the rep was dismissive and I said cancel the order he said I wont get my refund. NEVER AGAIN WUTH THESE THEIVES

I was expecting an M and M order at 2pm. Doordash calls at 2:15 asking if I received it. I reply "no". She says "okay" and hangs up. I continue to wait but no delivery. I try to call and only get AI, being told the situation is under review and won't transfer me to a human. In the meantime, I call M and M, to find out the order was never picked up. I assumed another pick up was being arranged but just got through to a person, at DD, at now 5pm who says there was nothing they could do. Apparently, that includes the courtesy of letting customers know what is happening
Im grateful that I didn't have company and relying on that order as a dinner
Things happen. I often have my orders delivered to the wrong address etc but to not even communicate, with a customer, so they can make a different arrangement or know what is happening is unacceptable
Ill be advising M and M of this and suggesting they switch the delivery company that they use

DoorDash is by far the worst food delivery service around. It doesn't matter if I order Pizza, chicken, Chinese, DoorDash always delivers 20 to 30 minutes later than the store promised. The food is often cold and sometimes not worth eating. Urge the restaurants you order from to NOT use DoorDash. Or better yet, order directly from the restaurant and pick it up. The get more profit and you get better food.

This is the worst place to deal with…

This is the worst place to deal with when it comes to cancellation of subscription. Struggling since October 2025 to get the issue resolved with me always looking like a fool having to dispute the charge. And they just say sorry, nothing they can do since it must be someone else using my info because they can’t even pick me up on their system. Sad, horrible and not fair at all.

Please do your job right

Last night I specifically paid extra to have my rolls made with brown rice, but when the order arrived there was barely any brown rice used and the rice itself was extremely mushy with no proper texture at all.

I contacted DoorDash immediately for compensation, but my request was declined. I then spoke with multiple agents who assured me the issue would be reviewed and that I would receive an email update shortly. However, I have still not received any email, follow-up, or resolution regarding this matter.

I paid extra for a product that was not delivered as advertised, and I expect this issue to be addressed properly. Please provide an update and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Soggy and cold dinner 🤮

Recently ordered Taco Bell from door dash and they kept extending my delivery time. Initially it was about 45 minutes which didn’t seem too bad. By the time my food arrived it was nearly two hours from the time I ordered. Food was gross by the time it showed up, tacos were soggy and burrito was cold. The location is less than 15 minutes away, what a disappointment!!!
