A superb experience concerning selling our house. The service was efficient and polite, with excellent advice received from all members of the team. We were updated, and Laura was very good at the initial assessment stage. The sale was managed by all concerned with Polly and Julie in the Overcombe shop, running the sale to my complete satisfaction. However, the best was saved for last, the end of sale team with Marcus were superb, but my highest praise goes to Nicky, who contacted the buyer, and both conveyancers to ensure the little problems were ironed out, and indeed she managed to allow the sale to complete earlier than I expected. DOMVS, in my opinion, is the only estate agent to consider.

Great experience working with Domus in Preston (Weymouth). A local agent who understands their market really well. From the first contact with Laura Holt to the progression team of Nicky and Marcus and all the other agents Christina, Craig, Julie, Holly and Gillian they were absolutely brilliant. We had one failed sale (chain broke) and one completed and I never had any doubt that they were working in our best interest. Professional and good communicators throughout. Worth every penny of their commission and their service was second to none. Can't fault them and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling in Weymouth/Preston. Thank you!

My experience of buying a property marketed by DOMVS has been excellent from start to finish. The viewings were conducted by Imogen who was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get answers to supplementary enquiries about the property, showing that she also had a good rapport with the vendors. Following on from the process of offer to acceptance, again remarkably smooth, the internal communication within DOMVS ensured that the sales progression team of Marcus and Nicky were able to help facilitate a speedy and smooth process leading to a successful exchange of contracts. I would say overall that DOMVS’ strengths lay in very good, timely communications (both internal and external) and a professional, helpful relationship with both seller and buyer. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Imogen was amazing when we went to view the property and managed to have a deal in place within an hour. We recently purchased a new property through DOMVS after our original house sale and purchase fell though. We have been very pleased with DOMVS through the whole process, from viewing to admin to exchange. The process has not been smooth, not due to anything DOMVS did, just my sale and purchase seemed to hit every roadblock it could, but the team were very supportive through this.
Our main contacts were Nicky and Marcus who were fantastic, they really are on the ball and helped get the purchase across the line.

I bought my new house through Domvs rather than selling through them as I was moving from London and so had to use a local agent to sell my property . However , with the limited contact I had with Domvs such as with their professionalism in organising and attending of the viewing and phone contact with them subsequently , I found them faultless in their helpfulness and friendliness . It was and still is our view that given the huge sums of money involved in buying and selling a house that estate agents should do everything in their power - and more! - to make that happen. Our experience of agents in different parts of the UK has been quite the contrary. Once they have hooked you with inflated valuations, they fail to deliver the promised flow of potential buyers. In complete contrast to this rather dismal view of some agents in the industry is Domvs whose work ethic exceeded our expectations. Their valuation was realistic - a rare phenomenon it would appear, judging by the number of price reductions. And because their valuation was realistic, we got a steady flow of viewings, most of whom were extremely positive about the property. A number of different Domvs staff, all of whom had done their homework on a large and complex house/annex/garden, guided potential buyers around the property. Polly Greenway, Director at Domvs, chased and chased, all the while communicating regularly with us, keeping us right up to date with developments until she succeeded in getting an asking price offer. Her tireless efforts in guiding both us and our buyers through the maze of inevitable legal obstacles was something to behold! Polly's years of experience were more than worth the fee to finally close the deal. I would strongly recommend Domvs therefore given our overwhelmingly positive experience with them. They are an extremely professional outfit who will sell any house at a realistic price.

We found our custom build plot via Domvs and received great service from Shireen during the viewings and Marcus post offer. Sadly after a significant period of technical and financial issues we had to withdraw from the sale but the regular conversations with Marcus - over many months - were helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend them
