Very easy to get new replacement…
Very easy to get new replacement fridge. Efficient process. Only issue was when choosing fridge, the options online were showing as available until the end when suddenly they were not! Eventually chose the fridge I wanted - but a frustrating process. This was the only issue though. Fridge arrived in good time and delivered promptly.

The initial engineer imediately…diagnosed a fault not worth fixing. 8th July.
The initial engineer imediately recognised a fault not worth fixing. The decision was to supply a new dishwasher and we were giving model options and a clear date for installing the new product. Everybody involved was very polite and helpful and, thank goodness, my new washing up days were over.
