Quick, easy and efficient

I received an excellent customer service by the staffs on duty.

I have used DocTap twice in Hammersmith. I was seen by Dr Nitin Mehra. I booked a 15 minute appointment both times and the doctor did an thorough and efficient examination and prescribed medication which has helped with pain relief. Highly recommended.

Saw Dr. Patel in Kings Cross. Couldn't have been better. Got seen on time, very professional consultation, prompt tests booked.

The door to the premises is locked. I was waiting on hold to the number in the email for several minutes before I got lucky and slipped in behind somebody coming out. Once inside the receptionist tells me I should have knocked on the glass. Not sure how I was supposed to know this.

Very good experience using the Doctapp service for the issue of a Sporting Medical Certificate. Customer service was responsive and helpful via email and the overall process was smooth and easy. Documents I needed were available immediately. Consultation at Wimpole Street convenient. I would use it again in the future.

as well (feels like they didn't have many appointments in the location so moved the nurse somewhere else despite my appointment being confirmed)

Truly a horrific experience at Doctap. Ruthless, amoral service... Should you ever need to pay for a GP, do not use this company. The doctor that I saw was like talking to a money manager, not somebody who had my health concerns at heart. I left anxious and in a blind panic. The worst day of January by far! To top it off I was told categorically that there is only one person fielding calls and field complaints, according to the advisor, without any ability to speak to anybody else in the company. She does not have access to the head office or the ability to signpost the patient anywhere else. Another display of the company's complete inadequacies. You do not need the stress, go elsewhere, even if it costs more money. You took the money knowing what my condition was. The GP had a serious attitude problem. All she cared about was getting me in and out of the surgery as quickly as possible. The GP lied. I checked with the authorities and with my own GP surgery and they were unimpressed and distressed by my treatment. It is interesting that the company are clearly far more concerned by their reviews than they are by the patients. There is never an excuse to treat patients with mental health problems like second-class citizens. I would still without any shadow of a doubt suggest going anywhere but with DocTap. The GP made an extraordinary claim that another doctor who had helped in the past had given me an illegal prescription. I clarified with her 3 times to make sure that what I was hearing was correct. This kind of exchange when you enter a GPs office is wholly unacceptable. I do hope that the company that the GP slandered managed to get to the bottom of the issue. Nevertheless, just stay away. The empty platitudes in the company's reply, are disingenuous.

Great service

Dr Patel took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Referrals made for testing, results recieved quickly. I would recommend this service to those who are unable to get a quick appointment through the NHS. Prices weren't very expensive for peace of mind.

Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Could not have asked for more during a time of urgent need with my health. My doctor was fantastic and Amna Mohamed offered brilliant service. Thank you, would recommend and will use again.

very easy to make an appointment quickly and great to be able to actually see a GP face to face who had the time to be caring and empathetic. My problem was sorted out 1and I am sure i will use the service again.
