Not happy
I liked that they are very quick to offer solutions and listen to what you have to say. However I didn't like that I wasn't given the total overview of what the costs were so I ended up paying for something that I wouldn't pay for if onknew that there would be an extra cost afterwards that didn't make me happy.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with a doctor regarding my medication for mental health issues. I had an emergency supply appointment, and I must say, it was the best experience I've had so far with any doctor in the UK.
The doctor I spoke with was absolutely amazing. She was polite, understanding, and offered valuable advice on lifestyle changes without being pushy or dismissive. I received my prescription within a few minutes, which was incredibly helpful considering my busy lifestyle.

Compared to the nhs behaviour iv experienced.. the difference is night and day.
Pay for private care and actually get care/advice you need, apposed to you just been used as a 'cash cow' for years by your local gp's,/nhs regimes, computer programs, etc that are clearly designed for grabing tax payers money as the priority.. over prioritising citizens health, (who pay for it.. talk about irony..)

I recently visited the private medical…
I recently visited the private medical clinic and had a positive experience. The doctor was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the treatment options clearly. I felt reassured and well cared for during the consultation.
Booking the appointment was fairly straightforward, although I did not have an issue with availability. On the day, the reception staff were polite and helpful, and the practice itself was clean and well maintained.
Overall would recommend - thank you for the service!

The pricing is not clear
The pricing is not clear. I left feeling swindled. I was given a prescription and was told I would need to pay “£5-£10” at the pharmacy. I had to pay 10-20x the amount at the pharmacy.
