Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. What initially seemed like a great deal turned into a frustrating and costly experience due to hidden fees that were not clearly communicated upfront. I understand that some countries have import taxes, but when I deliberately select my location on your site—assuming you ship from there—it’s extremely misleading to find out later that my order is coming from a completely different country, triggering unexpected charges.
Had I known this, I would have reconsidered the purchase entirely. Now I’m stuck waiting for a response about whether I can return the items, which I honestly doubt will ever come. And if it does, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m expected to pay another €50 just to ship everything back.
The entire process feels opaque and not customer-oriented at all. A real shame, because it started off with promise. But I won’t be ordering again.

We purchased Apeks Exotec S BCD from this company we have contacted them on multiple occasions asking them why the delivery status has not been updated since the 19th of July
We always get the same automated response, but the item will be with us soon But this is not what we are asking. We are asking if the item has actually left their facility and if it hasn’t then we have requested a refund but yet we get the same response the item will be with you soon we can’t refund the item because it’s been dispatched Yet. The tracking information shows the item has not been dispatched so they are lying or they clearly do not know what they are doing.
All we ask for as consumers is honesty regardless to the situation so that we are able to make informed decisions I wouldn’t trust this company and I definitely would recommend purchase something from them. The level of after service is truly shocking

I choose to have the order delivered to a pickup point as it was easier for me: never again. I received the email of the order being delivered on Friday morning , went to pick it up and couldn't as i was never sent a collection PIN. It is now Monday morning, still no sign of the PIN, order sitting in the shop. I notified Diveinn and the courier of this right away and they still have not sent me this PIN, they keep saying to wait a few hours..

Spent over €1000 on this website and they forgot to send one of my weights for diving. I’ve never had an issue with missing items in all my time ordering online. Really frustrating.

I bought a torch used for underwater diving just under a year ago and the torch just shut down. No questions asked I was given a full refund and because of the wonderful service I then immediately bought another torch because I know Dive Inn has my back.

This is a really bad store when I ordered the products it said that everything was in stock and that I would receive the package in 3 to 4 working days this time has passed and they still haven't sent the package. When you write to their support you get a quick answer which doesn't help you at all. I really don't recommend this store because they don't keep to delivery deadlines and have poor customer support

Diveinn has become a completely unreliable online store. It used to work, but now it's gone wrong in several cases. In other words, they sell stuff that doesn't exist... then you deal with bots. Be prepared to be disappointed. Wrong place to save.

My experience was very very poor. I placed a large order 2k plus. It took nearly two months for the order to arrive. I was patient. I had an issue and couldn’t try out a suit and return it on time. If it arrived on time I would have had it back in time. I am bitterly disappointed. Any way last laugh I have because they lost out on my wife’s order and my son’s and any one I will ever discuss it with. My terms and conditions.

Good range of products with competitive pricing but slow delivery and returns are expensive so make sure of sizes or be selective on what your buy from them. Cost me £18 in delivery and return fees to find a pair of boots are too narrow.

Again, Diveinn beats the competitors by a country mile. Branded products cheaper that the rest by at least 25%. It can sometimes take a bit longer to get stuff to you, but that's because the product may not be in your country. I'm really not sure why you would go anywhere else.... top marks again!

Terrible company!
Shipping took way too long. After 3 days still not shipped. Arrived after 8 days while they promised me 1-3 business days shipping. When delivering I was at holiday, so my order was too later for it. I can not return it now, because they delivered it to neighbours and I am abroad for my planned trip. After having contact for a solution in the chat, they closed the chat and did not give any solution, terrible company!

Really bad service! Two orders I’m waiting 1 month and best thing is that they say product it’s available in stores but when you ask customer service they said we don’t have it yet!! Customer service it’s quite quick but really bad. They are answering like robots and you can feel they are annoyed when you write them! Really bad experience and never again!
