Placed my order on 18 June for 3 items which were marked as ‘in stock’. Selected postage option which indicated delivery between 25-27 June. No updates followed, save for successful placing of the order.
After checking my online account it transpires that the delivery date has been pushed back twice. No email comms on this. And now one item is marked as ‘Apologies, product with a delay’ - whatever this means.
I have since messaged diveinn who have said that all items are in fact delayed - they’re not even in their warehouse yet. Despite this all are marked as in stock on their website still. Incompetence or deceit?
Despite being asked multiple times they cannot give any indication as to how long the items will take to arrive with them, or me. They have offered absolutely zero help or any type of resolution.
In short the service is incompetent, and at worst deliberately misleading.
I understand delays can happen but they seemingly don’t care, can’t communicate and treat their customers with disdain.
Avoid like the plague.
UPDATE: diveinn’s response is as if there is delay with the courier after they have sent the items to me. This is not the case. The items have not even arrived with diveinn, let alone been shipped to me. Their response is irrelevant and is either copy and paste without reading the actual concern or ai generated. This crowd are a joke.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHEAT AND DEFRAUD YOU OF YOUR MONEY. I purchased a pair of 7L twinset bands from them for £82.99. They sent me the parts, but the wing nuts and washers were missing. I asked them about this and they asked me to return the bands (I did not request a return). They sent me a label to return them. I sent them back and they then refunded me £37.99. I asked them why I did not get a full refund. I sent both bands back since both had the same missing parts. They then fabricated a story about me requesting to return one which was a blatant lie. Why would I ask to return one when both had missing parts. They fabricated this to justify a partial refund. I asked them to check what was returned and stated that I returned both bands as discussed and agreed, but I got no further response from the company. This company uses partial refunds to prevent customers getting full refunds through their credit cards. They are based in Spain so any legal process is more complex. This company knows what it is doing to defraud customers like me of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my email about checking what was returned to them, I received an email from them saying that only one band was returned. Yet another blatant lie. BLATANT LIE NO 2. So I put both bands back in the original robust box packaging and put them back in the post as directed, but when it arrived with them they are telling me only one band was present. Absolutely ridiculous. This company is a CHEATING, LYING AND FRAUDULENT OPERATION. IT IS NOT A COMPANY THAT ANYONE SHOULD BE DOING BUSINESS WITH.
Update On 4th August 2025
I have now received 2 refunds for £37.99 so I am grateful for that, but I am yet to receive the cost for the postage. Given that DiveInn/TradeInn sent me a item with missing parts and them asked me to return then I do not see why I should pay for the postage. I would therefore be grateful for a full refund including the cost of the postage that I paid. Upon receipt of this, I will give better feedback.

Also, quite often there are no dimensions of products, I find myself Googling the product and getting them elsewhere. All that said, they are often the cheapest for my Dive gear, I have placed multiple orders from them now for key pieces of my dive set up. Being in the UK delivery is a week or so, which for an impatient guy like me is a little frustrating. However, for the range, and price, they can't be beaten.

My order 59584928 was never delivered.
However, my diveinn account show that order was delivered to me and complete by GLS (also I recived email confirmation). But this is wrong, I dint get package!
After checking with GLS, I can see my order was returned to sender: Diveinn Spain. Since GLS was unable to complete the order shipment.
What should I do now? My money is gone.
My order not dlevered.
No refund.
No updates about my order or refund.
Costumers service slow not giving any answers. But they confirmed they recived my order in warehouse?

Shipment 3UW14EP373796 from TRADEINN RETAIL SERVICES S.L to Lucio Natale, expected delivery today 06/16/25. Order no. 59316619 of 06/04/25 to Diveinn. Terrible experience, order of June 4th still not delivered. They don't even know who their carrier is: Poste Italiane or Spring GDS. They claim that the address is wrong, FALSE, no courier has contacted me by phone to try to make the delivery. Sent PEC reminder with no response. Tradeinn or Diveinn absolutely to AVOID.
