They had a superb selection with prices…

They had a superb selection with prices that were very tempting. I wasn't sure about the quality of some of the metalsub components but after receiving them they have exceeded expectation.

This is a seriously poor company

This is a seriously poor company. Almost impossible to get a straight answer and every answer hides behind their terms and conditions. I purchased something that was returned faulty. they wouldn't issue a refund and continued to send it back, even though I no longer wanted the item. the dispute has been going on since March. eventually I gave up and opened the package to find the contents incomplete. They are now stating that they will not provide the missing item as the time between the package being sent and me opening it is too long. even though the package receipt was in dispute. I cannot recommend this company in any way, stay well clear.

Spetton Freediver Collar

I ordered it for myself, but I don't think it's comfortable. My wife thinks it fits so she gets to keep it. I got her Lobster instead, which fits nicely.

Used these guys for a while now

Used these guys for a while now. Have plenty of diving kit at reasonable prices. I’m based in the UK and delivery has never been an issue. Kit is always as advertised. Will continue to use for future purchases

Good Prices and Selection, but Terrible Customer Service

The store has good prices and a decent selection, but I will never order from them again. Their customer support is worse than having none at all.
Because of an error on their website when choosing the delivery method, my package was sent back to the local DPD center — it was too big to fit in the locker. DPD told me they had contacted the sender to change the delivery method and address. I forwarded their message and reached out to DiveInn’s support for help.
Instead of actually assisting me, they sent back useless responses like “read our FAQ” and “contact the postal service yourself.” Absolutely no real support.
In the end, I wasted a lot of time and had to pay €10 to have the package redirected. If your order goes smoothly, fine — but the moment there’s even a small problem, forget about getting any help from them. I’m never shopping here again.

BCD "not in stock" when website says it is after a price increase

I placed an order on the 31st for a BCD that was showing in stock with a few other pieces. I was told (after they took payment) that the BCD was not in stock. I have sent multiple messages in the chat saying they are waiting for it, well the website says that the item is now in stock but no change on my order. I have contacted the chat multiple times and got no real answer back or ignored. Now, when I go into the chat most of their responses are missing (so keep the emails that you get).

They said I could change my order, but none of those options work on the site. I'm sure it is a coincidence that it is back in stock now that the price has increased but my order is still saying that it is not available.

I asked for a phone number or another way of contacting them but got ignored so would be great to find out what is actually happening.

Be really careful, even in stock items can randomly not be in stock. I wouldn't mind if they shipped the other items and the BCD later, but the whole order seems to now be on hold

The mask is fantastic

The mask is fantastic, thanks so much.
But delivery experience was ridiculous not too sure who's fault it was but i had order delivered to safe place"your stop"shop Ashdown Limerick and staff in shop refuse to give me parcel 2x even after checking my ID and making sure that parcel is mine they still requested label with code wich Fastway (delivery company)never provided,even after me sending emails to their customer service 2xtimes.
So conclusion is,diveinn sels very good equipment but i wouldn't buy it there again because of very bad delivery experience

They are literally scammers

They are literally scammers. They sent me the wrong item. I sent 6 photos proving this. Not only did I pay an extortionate amount for delivery, but it’s also £12 to return! I quoted Spanish consumer law to them and they immediately closed the chat… do not bother

No Resolution, No Refund, and Now No Response

After returning an item to Diveinn months ago, I’m still waiting for my full refund. They initially responded with excuses, claiming they only received part of what I returned, despite the fact that both items were sent back together in the same box exactly as delivered.

I provided all the details they needed and gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this. Now they have simply stopped replying altogether.

It’s disappointing to see a company refuse to take responsibility for their own errors and ignore a long-standing customer. My experience suggests that if something goes wrong with your order or return, you may be left out of pocket and with no support.

I will be continuing to share this experience publicly so other buyers know what to expect and will make my experience known to members of my national spearfishing association. My next steps are to see what legal position I am in to pursue my refund.

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our fulfillment center for immediate shipment, while others appear with a longer delivery date, indicating they come from other warehouses.

When you select one of these products, you will be given an estimated delivery date based on the product's transit time to our fulfillment center (from where all orders are shipped) and the shipping time based on the shipping company you have selected.

We make our best efforts to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders, and real-time inventory management, some products appear in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.

In this case, unfortunately, we can only inform our customers of the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.

Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.

On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships with the carrier's tracking number and invoice.

We have taken your comments into account and forwarded them to the appropriate department in order to continuously improve and take steps to enhance the quality of our services.

Be warned! Flag is blue and white not red and white

Flag received was blue and white not red and white as shown in all the photos. When I complained that the item was not as described, they wanted me to return the order but made this very complicated. I will not buy from this company again.

They don’t care whether you receive the items.

I placed an order on May 29, 2025, and as of today—August 7, 2025—I still haven’t received it. Every time I reach out, I’m given the same generic response: “Please wait 15 days for verification.” It’s been nearly three months, and nothing has been resolved.

Customer service has been completely unhelpful, offering no real support or updates. At this point, they don’t even guarantee that the item will be shipped. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Good experience

Good experience. Ordered twice here already.! The delivery was quick and the products as described. Good prices as well. Honestly they have much better prices for dive gear than I’ve seen elsewhere. So far so good.
