Had to return a couple of items
Had to return a couple of items, only due to not suiting myself.
This is the second time I've had to return something and the email has not been sent and I've had to chase it up. My only complaint.

Great shipping but…
Shipping was great, got the package and the belt fit wonderful BUT the *care* in how the belt was packaged…absolutely horrible. Looked like a 3 year old packed it. The belt was bent in two spots where there is now a permanent indent on both sides of the belt. The material is slightly better quality than the likes used in SHEIN harnesses and belts. Very disappointing.

I placed an order and was sent 2 items
I placed an order and was sent 2 items. One a bralett that arrived faulty. Strap was twisted. I emailed they said to return and I pay postage and they will refund d postage once recieved. Countless emails back and forth and asked if they can refund postage to a PayPal account and the bralett to my card. Very odd and it’s still going with no refund. Very strange return process and not professional at all
