Still waiting on my order. I guess FedEx effed up and lost the parcel, but Disturbia's customer service told me to wait 21 days before investigating the whereabouts of the shipment further.

If an item doesn't fit or is faulty, the return process is very quick and smooth, though it does cost money. Customer service is friendly, fast, and accommodating.
They have some truly exceptionally beautiful patterns here. I love the designs.
The fabrics I’ve had so far have all felt good, too.
Sizes generally run true to the size chart. However, I wear one size larger here than in other stores, so be sure to check the details carefully beforehand. Reviews can be very helpful for this, too.
Unfortunately, the workmanship often isn't high quality; the items are sewn in a very simple way. You’d expect more given the prices, so I usually order during sales.
Shipping usually takes less than a week (to Germany).
Despite this, I’m very satisfied so far and would order again.

Shipping was fast, and I had no issues with it being delivered! However the quality of the items I purchased was much lower than I expected and one of the dresses already has a fairly large hole in the bodice.

I loved the items but
I loved the items. One of them was too big so I wanted to exchange it. Paying half the cost of the top to exchange it felt a little ridiculous.

Items ran larger than I expected based on the size chart, but shipping and exchanges was shockingly fast and easy so I still had the items in the smaller size in time for my vacation. Things are well made and very pretty. I wish exchanges were free. Definitely size down if it has an elastic waist/is stretchy material.

I’ve been buying my clothes from Disturbia for years now. I am almost always very impressed by the design/construction of the clothing I purchase. Shipping and delivery time is also incredibly fast. I’ve gone from a size 8 to 14 over the years and sizing for anything but oversized items is very frustrating. I have been disappointed by over half of my recent purchases due to how poorly the designs translate from straight to plus sizes. It would be awesome if Disturbia could at least make some versions of their best sellers with plus sized body proportions in mind. I also find the new rewards system to be disappointing as I’ve never seen half of the perks promised actually come to fruition.

It took two days for my order to be delivered after shipping, the quality of the dress was nice but a piece of the belt was broken off. Sadly the dress was also a size too small so I returned both items and asked for an exchange. I dropped my return parcel off on Monday and by Friday the exchange was delivered. This time the right size and no other issues.
Additionally, because I asked for an exchange while a sale was happening in the shop and the prices for my items were lower than when I originally ordered them I received a refund. I cannot take this for granted.
Everything was lovely and even the return worked smoothly 10/10!
