Your site provided inaccurate sizing chart. I used your find my size feature and was advised wrong size. As a result, I lost money because I had to pay for shipping to me AND returned shipping. This is wrong. You should not charge for return shipping if it is your fault that customer purchased wrong size due to your incorrect sizing suggestion. Will never purchase from you again and will post on social media about my terrible experience with your company

First of all
First of all, I want to praise the speed. The standard shipping to Japan took only 6 days! This was my 10th~ish order and the shipping was the fastest ever. I was soooo excited to give you 5 stars... before I saw the skirt. Someone was definitely trying it on and even ACTIVELY wearing it, because there are long threads sticking out on the butt part, like someone was sitting and got stuck. I am scared to try to fix the threads and scared to wear the skirt >< But the return process from Japan must be ultra annoying, I don't know what to do. Probably will use the skirt as it is, but I am very upset with it.
The corset top and the belt are gorgeous. But WHY didnt you check the skirt? T_T
UPD: Contacted the staff and got refunded in few minutes! 5 stars after all! ❤️

The sizing is all over the place
The sizing is all over the place. I ordered a dress and a harness following the size chart, one was one size too large and the other two sizes too large. Please use a sizing convention across all of your clothing, matching your size guide, this would prevent wasting time and money with return, especially as I had to pay for it.

Almost Perfect
I think the designs are true to pictured and I love the biodegradable bags the clothes came in. I’m not a fan of paying for return shipping but I understand it’s not as big a business as others.
The blouse I got was way too baggy though and didn’t look accurate to what was shown online, but everything else was great.

Fantastic Company
I ordered 2 very reasonably priced ornaments from Disturbia.
They arrived well packaged and very quickly.
They were beautiful, but unfortunately one of the ornaments was broken. I sent a message, and got a very quick response from Beth in Customer Services asking how I would like the situation rectified, i.e. replacement or refund. I requested a replacement, and this was literally dealt with the same day.
My replacement ornament arrived 2 days later.
I cannot praise Beth/Disturbia for how promptly this issue was dealt with. My beautiful, ornate items are now centre of attention for all to admire!
A fantastic company to deal with.

Too expensive for synthetics
I love the prints and style of Disturbia clothing, but I do feel the prices keep rising while the quality of materials gets worse. I understand supply and demand, but clothes that are majority polyester in many cases shouldn't be $80. It's also frustrating to have to pay return shipping, and that you get less back if you prefer a refund over store credit. It's especially frustrating because the sizes are so inconsistent that I've had to make multiple returns or exchanges over the years, and have probably spent enough in shipping fees to purchase another piece. The clothes are very cute and it's nice to have an alternative fashion brand, but the business model is not one that is going to continue to keep me.

I filed a claim regarding a large part of the order and had to send it back at my own expense. The package arrived at Disturbia over a week ago, yet I haven't received an email confirming that the return has been received or processed—and, of course, I haven't received a refund yet either. Very unhappy.

Efficient service with recent purchase
I bought a dress which arrived quickly however was too big so I returned it. Easy to return with good communication stating my dress had been received. After 3 days I emailed Disturbia to enquire when I would receive my money and was instantly emailed back explaining there had been a problem which they were resolving and I would receive my money back within 5 working days. I received my money 48 hours later. Very efficient and helpful.
Excellent service whenever I shop with Disturbia.
