Triangle Scam Alert: Avoid Purchasing from DiscountToday
Here's how this company works:
1. You order something from this "company" (not based in the US. They operate "DiscountToday" in addition to "BigBigMart" and "BigEasyMart").
2. They take your payment information and charge you about 15%-25% less for a product.
3. They use stolen credit cards to place orders with legitimate small businesses, big box stores, and online retailers to deliver the products to you.
4. Sometimes those orders are processed, and sometimes they are canceled because of suspected fraud. This is why most of the reviews for their sites complain about long lead time for orders - they are using fake email addresses so many times they are not receiving tracking data and are just hoping the orders get processed and shipped.
5. If you do receive the product, you think you got a great deal, instead, you were just one part of a triangle scam.
6. The owner of the stolen credit card charges back the charge on the stolen card, so the retailer loses the product they shipped and they don't get paid for the product. You technically are the owner of stolen property.
This might be a website to get a great deal, but it is not worth it - they are stealing from legitimate small businesses and stores across the United States. All of the websites listed above are affiliated with fraudulent practices and are currently being reported to the IC3 and FTC for fraud.

Product never arrived, but company made it right. Will buy again!
I was excited to find my favorite coffee for a very reasonable price. Although the company was unknown to me, I order the coffee. After a long wait, I received a request from the company to provide a review. Assuming that the items would have arrived in a month and hadn't, my review was not good.
Since writing the review I have heard from the company several times offering to either provide the original ordered coffee or to refund my money. I chose the refund which was quickly completed.
Although the experience was less than satisfactory, I do feel that the company went out of their way to make it right. Given the attention I received over the botched delivery, I would give them another chance.
Thank you for your quick action once you learned of my dissatisfaction.

Delivery time
I had originally given them a two star because they said it takes 1 to 3 days to process the order and then 3 to 7 days to ship it so I'm changing it to a five-star. I got my order in 4 days. It was the correct item delivered in good shape. I would use them again

No tracking number
Placed an order for a sewing machine a week ago, and still haven't received a tracking number (which they said would take only 2-5 business days to get to me). I knew I gambled by ordering from here but definitely would not bother again. Now I have no idea if my sewing machine will arrive or if I should order from another sige.
