Alarm serviced by Reece today. Very polite and efficient. Had our alarm system for a number of years now. I've always been impressed with Direct Security personnel and the service provided.

Had a great experience with Direct Security. They arrived promptly and completed the task of providing my system with maintenance and changing the battery . Reece was polite and very approachable and answer my queries relating to the system.

Reece came and serviced my alarm system today. He was polite, thorough and efficient. He talked to me about upgrading my alarm as it’s quite old now and clearly explained the benefits. All good.
