Very friendly and informative about the service (dedicated musical instrument pickup and delivery).
Good price, pickup, and delivery happened as requested. Also fully insured for peace of mind. The parcel arrived in perfect nick. Really good service.

I always use this company when sending musical instruments - they are competitively priced, offer an insured service, and their sales folk are really helpful.

Excellent Service, very competitively priced and ultra fast delivery

One of the few companies who will insure delivery of guitars. They subcontracted to DPD who were good on this occasion but DPD have some hubs where they mistreat guitars. Fortunately the guitar arrived safe and sound.

Like other reviewers I was shocked and offended by other couriers who won't carry or won't insure musical instruments. Lazy profit at the expense of service.
I was despairing. But then a bit of research led to DCS who will both carry and insure musical instruments. They were absolutely brilliant. Great communication, great service and a happy person at the other end of a well-managed and careful delivery. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from a great company.
After a few difficult deliveries with other carriers I decided to try Direct Courier Solutions, mainly because they do insure musical instruments up to £1,000 which none of the others do (check the small print for every other carrier, you will be shocked!).
I booked the collection at 16.00 on bank holiday
Monday and it was collected at 10.00 next morning which I thought amazing. I got tracking updates on the progress, and a photo of the delivery. I will definitely be using Direct Courier Solutions again!

No issues for me. Arranged collection and was collected the next day and delivered the day after. Great way to send a snowboard.

Fantastic service, updated every step of the way, didn’t boom for next day but was delivered next day. An acoustic guitar arrived safe and sound with no dents or bangs to the packaging.

I can't understand the negative reviews this company has had. I have used them a few times now to courier guitars and they have never let me down.
