A great experience - picked up on a Sunday afternoon from London and in Edinburgh the next morning. Direct check in on the mobile and really responsive. All clear and will use again.

I called out of office hours, my inquiry was fully understood and managed efficiently.
I had a challenge with admin of the transaction and Direct Courier Solutions found a way to resolve that as well.
They completely diffused a stressful and challenging situation and took care of what was requested.

Needed a car seat shipped from the Scottish borders down to central England. These guys were brilliant, very helpful always on the end of the phone. Picked up next day and delivered the day after, couldn't be happier.

Mike arranged for 3 deliveries to Scotland on our behalf. It went really smoothly and our customer came back to us to say how well it went and he would recommend to others. Mike and his team including the driver are very efficient and friendly. The website is a really useful tool, updating you when goods have been collected,delivered and showing PODS. Would definitely use again as it is rare these days to find such a reliable and easy to use company. Thank you!

Excellent company. So easy to book and so efficient. I was very nervous as I was having precious jewellery delivered and I was completely reassured by Aimee who was so helpful and lovely over the phone. I could track my parcel the entire time and the delivery driver was so friendly. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Just brilliant.

It was great that I booked a courier about 7pm & the consignment was delivered the following day The consignment was picked up & delivered in prime condition within the time slots arranged
The courier was polite, friendly & brought my 3m cills into the Hse carefully.
I liked the updates of when the items were picked up & their travel to destination
The courier made contact as per instructions with the after sales team & the items were sourced easily

From start to delivery this courier company gave a really excellent service. It was particularly good to be able to communicate by phone and email with a representative from the sales team who was very helpful.

Really friendly team to work with, trys hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Mike ( on the phone) explained how it would work, as id never used this service before. Mark ( the driver) was really helpful, on time and happy in his work. Overall a pleasent experience, and a company i would most certainly use again

What a fantastic company, needed a sofa picking up. The staff couldn't of been more helpful and the delivery driver arrived exactly on time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Arrived on time to collect the package, transported it safely to it's destination on the same day, kept me updated throughout the whole process. Best service I have used

I gave them a bad review today. After that I called them and have a talk with one of their managers. That talk made me to realise it wasn't their fault. When you made a mistake you need to have the bone admitting it.
So, our talk was very professional, so in conclusion I believe it's a decent company trying to do their living in the crazy world we live today.

So happy with this amazing service!!! The kind lady who took our call went out of her way to find a driver who could help us immediately. We had lost our car keys and were 3 hours from home. She arranged for a driver to pick up our spare set from home within minutes of our call and drive 3 hours non-stop to where we were staying!!! Our highest recommendations!!!

I have used DSC twice now for moving large items (lathe) from one end of country to the other. They were very responsive, reasonably priced and kept you informed about progress. Highly recommended

A very reliable company with great prices who have successfully completed all my deliveries. I ship guitars and they have always arrived at their destination next day, and most importantly undamaged!

This company were easy to deal with. Their staff are super efficient and courteous. They transported a mobility scooter for me from Cumbria to West Sussex at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Needed 4 items moving super urgently and DCS were first class from start to finish. Aimee was brilliant to deal with and they have a system that keeps you notified every step along the way from departure to delivery.
