Ordered the balustrade in sage green to replace an old wooden fence. Great service with easy ordering prompt delivery and all items delivered carefully packaged with no missing parts. Easy to cut all parts to make bespoke balustrade.

My only gripe is that i established an initial contact called Hannah and we discussed the intracacies of the project, however as the project changed and i need to add or alter stuff i could never get back to Hannah on the phone, she was always busy and i ended up speakimg to all sorts of different people. For me as a builder i prefer a spoc as i would use this relationship for future projects

Good quality decking . Kit arrived on time , couple of parts out of stock which is a problem as can’t finish job . Overall I would use company again .

There was good communication regarding the deliveries and even though there was a few pieces short that was resolved very quickly and effectively. Overall very pleased with the service.

Ordered fence samples on a Monday,got an email saying they'd been despatched on Tuesday,delivered on Friday,I'd say that was pretty good
