The cycle was delivered within a few days during the lockdown period, and was exactly as described. Not only was their price the best I found for my model, but they had the decency to contact me before dispatching when they found a minor cosmetic scratch on the bike. I found this highly impressive and as I had no problems with the scratch, I happily accepted the bike. I recommend Soanes Cycles very highly!
