When I was about to get the back fat bra from them, I told them my bra size. Rather than admit they didn’t have my size, they lied about resizing all their bras for perfect fitting. I should have known when they resized me from 34GG to 40G. It didn’t make sense to me as that was going to be a way bigger size. I assumed because it was a different kind of bra, it would not follow traditional sizing. So, against my better judgment I made the payment. Of course, the bra was too big for me when I received it.

They would not offer a refund despite the error coming from their end. They told me my size wasn’t available and I just had to buy anything else from their store as they could not offer me a cash refund.

During our back and forth, they actually offered me a 42G 🤣. Just to tell you these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I eventually had to broach the idea of sister sizes to them to at least get one that might somewhat fit. So they sent one in that size.

I received the sister size eventually and I can say it’s very poor quality. The bra is all bent on first wear.
