Horrible quality
I had high hopes for these tights, but they failed miserably. I am a daily tight wearer, so I decided to invest in two good quality pairs from Hedoine. I wore the first one yesterday, and by the end of the day, the hip seams were falling apart and I had holes on both sides. I thought it must be a faulty pair, so I tried the second pair on today. I have been wearing them for an hour, and again, they have holes in them ALREADY by the hip seam and a ladder running down. I don’t have long nails and the size is generous, so it cannot be that. I paid luxury price for a one time use product, which is unacceptable. AVOID.

Nice tights but not ladder/hole free
I bought a pair of tights a couple years back and whilst they fit comfortably and look nice, they are definitely not ladder or hole resistant. The first pair got a ladder and they were replaced, and the second pair has a hole. I barely wear them and honestly a higher quality pair from Marks and Spencer will last as long. I don’t think the price can be justified for this kind of item

Got 4 pairs 3 years ago. I still have them. The ticker ones last better, obviously, but I am quite impressed as anything else I used was pretty much single use.

Shouldn’t advertise as ladder free
Purchased 3 pairs of tights and none of them lasted more than 4 uses without laddering. I think it’s wrong to market these as ladder free as they’re simply not.
Customer service very good and replaced immediately, but at the end of the day were purchasing premium tights and expect them to last.

Amazing tights. I have searched many many years to find comfortable tights and have found them. The customer service is amazing as well, navigating the many challenges that Brexit has brought.

Third country order
I placed my order with Hēdoïne Germany, unaware that it would be shipped from the UK warehouse. I was asked to pay €30 customs fees in cash upon receipt and therefore rejected it.
When I informed Hēdoïne Germany, Melisa responded very friendly and helpfully. She refunded €30 to my account and shipped the order again. When, for whatever unknown reason, I was asked to pay €60 customs fees the second time around, she also refunded that amount without further ado.
My only complaint is that when I had to return part of the order, I had to pay the return costs of over €20 myself.

Long delivery, dropped quality
The delivery to Germany took more than 2 weeks. The quality of tights since i last time bought it (approx. 4 years ago) dramatically dropped. I wore two pairs of different tights now and they have holes after the first wear.

I'm being refused a refund for shape wear that was not my size! Not allowed to try it on how else will you know if it fits you! I had planned to order another size but now I will not. Beware of this company
