Went into Wellingborough branch today the guys are always helpful and the gentlemen that served me was fantastic and went out of his way to help me however the only thing I did find quite distressing was apparently after New Year Denman's are not going to be taking cash payments, while I can understand some of the reasoning behind this unfortunately people like myself would have to find another supplier that will take cash please management rethink this strategy you will lose a lot of people like myself

The online order system is not good at all. Second time I've used it and waited 3 days. Not the fault of my Southport branch, they are really good.... Far easier and quicker to ring them up and have the order delivered within a day and very often a few hours. Won't be using the rubbish online ordering again !!!

Had some items purchased from their store in Torquay to return but oh no - That's not possible! Unhelpful!

Fan arrived quickly and as requested.

Simple enough to purchase and the delivery was straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised it was by a delivery driver from the local branch rather than by parcel carrier from a central warehouse. The only thing that could have been better was the emails between purchase and delivery - I did wonder when it was going to be despatched and arrive.

Helpful and friendly, going out of their way to get products on time and in the right place. My main supplier for all my items.

New delivery system not working, placed an order yesterday at 16:30, orders not received today. This was never an issue before when the branch dealt with orders from stock !

What’s not to like?

App is a waste of time. Recently updated and it’s still easier to call to place an order. Prices are generic and not set for each customer. You need to keep an eye out to make sure you’re getting the best price. Reward points are good but bonus points are unachievable targets are too high. Branch are very helpful but their hands are tied.
