I ordered a 5ltr fuel can, I still haven’t received it since the 28th may when I ordered it, it’s now the 8th June and had no feedback on what is happening and you keep sending me emails for a review on how my experience went. Need I say more!!!!

Always an excellent service from my local branch, they keep a great selection of products at decent prices. The delivery service is spot on, always turn up when they say. Can’t fault them at all.

We were able to buy an exact match for our old shower fan unit and that made fitting relatively easy. We ordered at lunchtime and it was delivered first thing the following morning. The price was competitive too! All round excellent service.

Refund - Order Confirmation 22187063

I was originally promised a refund on 24 March and I can’t believe that I have now been waiting for a refund for 2 months.

There have been many email exchanges with Amirr Ehsan (Digital Customer Support Team) who has confirmed on each occasion that a credit note has been raised, referred to the Cashier Receipts Team and the refund should be processed within 5-7 days.

The last email exchange was 2 weeks ago (14th May) and in the circumstances I asked that the matter be recorded as a Formal Complaint.

I also requested details of Denman’s Formal Complaint Procedure.

I understand that the matter was referred to Sarah.Arthur1 @ rexel.co.uk to progress.

I am very disappointed that a further 2 weeks has passed without any further contact.

I would be grateful if you could arrange to complete the refund without further delay and provide details of the Formal Complaints Procedure.

Fantastic as always, Cheltenham branch are really good, very helpful and very knowledgable.

Used them for years really helpful and go the extra mile to get things that are hard to get hold of .

I have been using Denmans (Liverpool) for a couple of years now and I can not recommend them enough. Always a friendly environment the staff are always there to help and very knowledgeable about products and the industry. Phil the assistant managers customer service is second to none I have recently had issues on a job and Phil has gone above and beyond to make my job as stress free as possible. Would recommend Denmans Liverpool to anyone
