Defy Medical Reviews 

The session itself was fine but it's been a week since we met and I haven't heard anything. It's taking MUCH longer than I would have expected. So far not super impressed but hopeful it gets better.

Best appointment I’ve had with Defy. My provider went through my bloodwork line by line and actually talked through the reasoning with me instead of just handing down a number. Nothing rushed, straight answers. If you want to understand your own labs and be part of the decision, this is the place.

Detailed look at my history and lab work for an all around and balanced plan. Confident that I will feel better and my whole experience will be monitored. Downside, it’s been over a month and I still have another consultation before being prescribed medicine. Over a week to get labs. A week to get lab results. Two weeks to schedule a consult. And now I’m waiting to speak with a prescriber. I don’t know the ins and outs of the job but what I do know, I feel horrible, I’m tired, irritable and emotional. It sucks walking around like this for weeks waiting on treatment.

Still have not received a call about the prescription or how to order.

PA Mike was well prepared for the consultation, had reviewed all labs, and made recommendations based on the results. Solid clinical decision making.

Very helpful and professional - my experience has been great with Defy

Always a pleasure to speak with a knowledgeable provider that listen virtually better than my local provider.

Everything with these guys is SLOW. The sales people are super fast to reply, but once they have your money, that's it. Want an appointment? A month out. Want to get your meds? 3-4 weeks of wait time. I finally got my consultation, and it took them days (and me calling multiple times) to get the prescription into the system. Then I ordered and paid for the meds, and they were supposed to review the order in 48 hours. Four days later no one has reviewed it, and no idea when they'll review it. Ended up canceling my order because I can't imagine doing business with this company long term. My initial consult and lab fees are just wasted.

Complete waste of time and money. Read the other negative reviews and you'll see this is a common concern.

RE Defy's reply: I've already canceled my prescription order from Defy. The only option they offered for getting my medicine faster was to pay for expedited shipping. The shipping isn't the problem. Defy won't review the order and send it to the pharmacy. Expedited shipping can save me a day at most, since I live in a major metro area anyway, and I'm close to the pharmacy. And why should I pay for expedited shipping when Defy is causing the delay in the first place? The logic here is because they failed to process the order in the timeline they promised, so I should pay more?
