Does not reply to my emails regarding a refund. In Europe if you cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase you have the right to receive a full refund. They tried to offer me another free year. But i would like a refund.

This is the worst, I joined thru a link that said that there was a 30 Day refund if i didnt feel like it helped me, once I tried it (I was ambitious enough to get the annual membership) figured it was all a really bad reume site, cancelled the suscription and asked for a refund via Email which i feel is a really bad way to ask for a refund. Regardless i received an Email stating that i dont meet the refund criteria (doesn't mention which criteria) then gifts me a 2 year membership. I DONT WANT IT i want my money back, and now, this is the worst part which makes me feel is a scam, they reactivated my account giving me another year so that I forget to cancel it and bill me once the year passes, this just makes things worse.
Justo dont buy this, the content is horrible and they'll do anything to get your account active even without your consent just to keep billing you

Automatically charged my credit card…
Automatically charged my credit card for an annual renewal with no notification and after I had deleted my profile and account thinking I would not be charged past my trial. WRONG! They will charge your account despite this, and then refuse a refund but “give” a “gift” of time for the app. The app isn’t good anyway, mediocre summaries of books. Awful service, boring app. Don’t waste your money.
