What a horrible experience. I’ve purchased a portable Aircon a week ago, and asked informations to the customer service straight away as there’s some missing product information. I’ve probably sent around 10 emails and received no answer, instead, they keep sending me promotional emails. Also, Item disappeared from the website, and the phone number is deactivated. This is a nightmare they literally stolen my money, they don’t let me cancel the order and don’t reply. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Whilst the website itself appears genuine, the company behind it is not. They are based in China, and I recently purchased an air conditioner through their site. The default currency at checkout was GBP, yet my order confirmation showed the transaction processed in Australian Dollars, resulting in an extra charge.

Only after the purchase did I discover, in very small print at the bottom of the product page, that the unit is 115V, which is unusable in the UK. This information was not part of the main product description.

I immediately emailed their only contact address (ended up multiple times) to cancel the order. They never responded and dispatched the item anyway.

I have now raised a Section 75 claim with my credit‑card provider.

I ordered an air conditioning unit, and they sent an air cooler - all the way from China (which took two weeks to arrive) that I could have bought for half the price in the UK. I have written three emails now with no reply asking for the correct unit to be sent. Unimpressed. Will raise with PayPal. I suggest you use this company with caution.

They charged a high amount for a product they did not provide. It is small and is a poorly made fan. Shame on this company. It is a scam.

Went on this site looking at air conditioning units. Found one that looked ok, I typed in my details but decided I didn't want to go ahead with the order.
Clicked back on the screen, to try and get back to the product page. But the site then told me the order was confirmed and being processed. But I didn't even click on confirm order.
I immediately emailed, and have had no reply to this for 2 weeks. I got the email confirming the order, but that is all.

And I am yet to even get an update to say the order has been shipped, even when it says on their site that shipping will be 5 -7 days.

I think this site is a complete scam and should be avoided!

This is a scam website offering goods they never deliver. They don't give a delivery date as they have nothing to send to you. DO NOT GO NEAr THIS COMPANY!

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they take your money and send you a ridiculous item that is nothing like the description and is significantly lower in value than what you paid. Website has you believe it's a UK site until payment is taken in AUS $ then shipped from Hong Kong.

Absolute scam of a company. Lack of communication. Requested my order was cancelled as it had not been shipped yet and it states this is possible in their terms and conditions. However two days later I was told it had been shipped and they can’t cancel. 2 weeks plus and counting and no product has arrived and tracking has never been updated since “shipped”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they encourage you to write a positive review with a money back incentive before you realise it’s a scam company.

Scam company - avoid. Order not fulfilled and zero customer service. They say that there is a 14 day cooling off period - I cancelled my order less than 24hours later and they have still not refunded my money.

Ordering was simple, great prices too.

They make it very easy to take your money but after that all bets are off. I ordered an aircon unit a month ago and then cancelled straight away when realising it was based the other side of the planet and at best going to be on the high seas for most of the summer. No response to repeated calls and messages and certainly no refund - or product.

Ordered an air con unit back on 22nd June very quick email to say it was shipped. Delivery would be quick. After checking out realise it was coming from Hong Kong. Sent several emails to cancel no reply. Shipping still says pending! Do not use Decors Deluxe it’s a scam!!!

Received my parcel earlier than I thought, but when I went to use the product it didn't work.
Have emailed the Company. Now waiting on a response.

- Ordered AC unit on 19th June
- All website information suggests UK based company - payment is then taken in Australian Dollars and you're then informed it's getting "shipped" from Hong Kong (!)
- Since this date, no tracking information, no update, no response to communication

This website is clearly investing in google ads to capture the hot weather demand for AC units in the UK, with clearly no intention to fulfull any of these orders

Scam Company, run away!
order showed in GBP, they forcefully added cleaning products and shipping guarantee, i unchecked that carefully but at the time of payment, amount showed in Australian dollars. I relealised as soon as i made a payment and go a receipt that they added additional items forcefully again and charged. I emailed them within 15minutes of placing order to cancel it, they ignored my emails and sent a shipping number after 2 days. Didn't receive the item nor the response. They are potentially scamming from china. Be safe. I will dispute via Paypal

Bought a travel car seat.
Email numerous times never a reply.
Based out of Hong Kong even though shipping us from BC canada.
Waited over a month. Was defective and missed clips.
Caution-its a scam. Cannot contact anyone there and because out of Hong Kong Cannot file with better business bureau. Site is very misleading.

I placed an order with this company because their website stated that delivery would take place within 3–4 working days. Had I known the item was not actually in stock, I would not have ordered it.

Advertising a 3–4 working day delivery timeframe when the product cannot be dispatched within that period is misleading and, in my view, an unfair business practice. Unfortunately, despite multiple communications, I have not been provided with any estimated delivery date since 24th June.

To make matters worse, the tracking information has not shown any updates since 24 June, leaving me with no indication of where the order is or when it might arrive (September???).

Customers deserve accurate information about stock availability and realistic delivery expectations before making a purchase.

When I saw the DecorsDeluxe ad for a 128TB Portable SSD for under £30 I knew it was way too good to be true. But it kept coming up on my FB feed and I was fascinated by such an outrageously tempting claim. So I did a few searches, including looking on Trust Pilot, and found some okay feedback. So 'Sod it!' I thought, let's give it a go.'
Big mistake... It's a piece of rubbish!
When opening it, the 'SSD Info' on my Mac says it has the claimed capacity, but it won't even let me download a 150GB file. After 8 hours of trying, three different attempts have resulted in the same error code. So I'm putting this one down to experience. My dear old Dad used to say "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Well once again he was right.
I urge you to ignore the ads and avoid this Hong Kong based Chinese company like the plague. They are running a very tempting scam hidden behind smoke and mirrors. I have requested a refund but I'm not holding my breath.
