DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...DO NOT ORDER. They are quick to take your money but you will not get your item. No communication even when sending many emails. The tracking number does not work. Its all a hoax. Do not buy air conditioners from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. The items are from China eventhough you paid in Australian dollars. This entire site is a SCAM.

I ordered a portable air conditioning unit from DecorsDeluxe on 20 June.

After having to chase the company several times for an update, I eventually received a response on 30 June. Unfortunately, it contained no estimated dispatch or delivery date, only generic explanations for the delay and repeated assurances that my order was being worked on.

What concerns me most is that the courier's tracking information still shows that the item has not yet been received by the delivery company. That does not appear to be consistent with the explanation I was given.

The response felt like a standard template rather than a genuine update on my order. After waiting this long, I expected a realistic timeframe or at least some indication of when the item would actually be dispatched.

Good customer service is about providing honest, transparent updates, especially when delays occur. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience so far.

AVOID!

I ordered an air con unit on 23rd June, unaware that it would be shipped from China. Ordering was easy, and confirmation email was received. I have a tracking number, but tracking has remained unchanged since 24th June, and just says 'shipping information received'. On Monday I emailed and asked when the item will arrive, and was told there are delays and it will be shipped within 2-4 business days, and would arrive within 14-21 business days!! So, I emailed back and asked to cancel my order and have a refund. I was told I couldn't cancel as it was in the 'fulfilment stage'. Luckily I paid PayPal Goods and Services, and I've raised a claim to get my money back and sent them all the evidence I have. Awful company.

Don't order from this company! Shows 'UK' on the website...it comes from China. Order air conditioners (ages ago when there were some available) the description was a 12000 btu air co ditioner with vent hoses and window kit - wjat actually came was air cooler that you have to add water or ice to, not venting at all. They have agreed to refund money or offered a 30% refund and keep them(we'll see) but we have the expense of sending it back to them - about £50...so unless you want to be out of pocket - do not use! Buyer beware...totally scammed me!

This is a scam. Stay away! Ordered an aircon from them and one other cheap item. They delivered the cheap item without but not the aircon but are claiming to have delivered the order. Pure scam.

I purchased 2 pairs of shorts which eventually arrived separately, they were nothing more than cheaply made copies, nothing like the advertisement, after asking for a return slip I was told I had to pay, then their prime core site tells you not to go through PayPal, which I did for record purposes, good job I did
They started offering a percentage of the cost starting at 30% eventually I agreed at 60% and they said I had to close the case before they would refund, so I went through PayPal and have just won the case for a full refund, they also operate under numerous websites so please be warned.

It was so easy to make the purchase and the product was exactly what I was looking for also the price was good.

It was good experience. It was very easy process to submit order. Price of product was very competitive which attracted me to buy.

Would like to change my previous review about ordering and $5 discount. Ordered on jun 24, still.no sign of the product or tracking link. I have apply for refund now.

I am ordering a matras for the water. At the check-out they are proposing other products for air conditionning, which I don't have and not need. I prefer choosing myself what I need instead of having to click 5 times more before being able to check-out. I hesitated to order at the end, as they were proposing automatically a sending insurance, I had to click it away lower on the page. I really hesitated if this was not a scam page. Still not totally sure this site is safe.... I will see if my matras arrives in safely in the coming days!

If I Could leave no stars I would, nightmare company, demanding I close my PayPal case before they refund - Brocken promises all the way - do not use

This is a scam company, this is my 2nd review. PayPal are now involved in getting my money back from this Chinese scam company. Will update when my money has been returned.

Ordered a portable 12000BTU Air conditioner, nothing physically received after 2 weeks just lots of false tracking information promises via email and junk spam. Many emails sent only one reply stating no refunds given, order still in process!! Opened PayPal dispute, waiting on them to respond. Will report back.

Don't waste your money. Completely a SCAM.Images on their website are deceiving, they are not exactly what you will get. IMPOSSIBLE RETURNS and REFUNDS as they DO NOT reply to your emails. The email on their website is a HOAX, AI-generated and NO clear process on how to return their TRASH merchandise that are completely made of cheap materials.

They say if something is too good to be true - believe them! I ordered 2 external hard drives at a ridiculously low price and of course they don't work. Both of them intermittently turn off in the middle of transferring files and are NOT fit for sale. I have written 2 emails for help and they just ignore me. I want a refund it's ridiculous.

What a horrible experience. I’ve purchased a portable Aircon a week ago, and asked informations to the customer service straight away as there’s some missing product information. I’ve probably sent around 10 emails and received no answer, instead, they keep sending me promotional emails. Also, Item disappeared from the website, and the phone number is deactivated. This is a nightmare they literally stolen my money, they don’t let me cancel the order and don’t reply. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM
