We Ordered an aircon unit still hasn’t been shipped although website still states next day delivery, wasn’t clear on where item would be coming from but we are now entering another heatwave and still no aircon unit no updates as to when this will be shipped starting to believe it is a scam if I’m honestly

Bought an external hard drive that did not work at all. Sent three emails to their customer support on 19,21,23.6.2026 hoping for their help. They did not reply. In retrospect, price was too low. It seems it was a scam. Beware.

Total SCAM with the product I purchased from them. 128TB SSD drive which became totally BOGUS after copying files and finding out the storage capacity and excruciatingly slow speed, I determined I had gotten duped. The 128TB SSD was actually 64-128GB. Definitely got ripped off with this purchase. Wrote the company for a replacement or FULL refund. As you can imagine, I received no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...!!!!

After we placed our June 19 order until it finally arrived on July 3, we received a total of 9 emails from DD, all contradictory. First they shipped it, then they processed the order (!), the next was a customer satisfaction survey (!), then they repeated except the 6th was an ad. Then, several shipping notices, but the tracking link took you back to their website. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because it did finally arrive.

Bought an external solid state drive for my computer. When it arrived it was defective and absolutely useless. Asked for return authorization via the web site, and by email. Radio silence.

This outfit sells cheap Chinese junk. TOTAL SCAM.

Scammers . Ordered the air conditioning unit , it just got delivered - it's cheap air evaporation unit - nothing to do with air-condition.
It also seems that the box was opened before , the back door of the unit were previously opened and not closed properly - snap tabs not in place .

Regardless that , it's not what they advertised at all and not what I bought.

Looking at the reviews they dropped from over 4.5 stars when order wasade to 3.8 at the time of typing this message- in space of 10days . i can see that all positive reviews are either fake , or people posted them for small discount. Look at all negative comments and reviews , they sell things that physically don't exist , 128 TB ( terabytes!!!) ssd , air conditioners that are cheap evaporation units.
Scam scam scam . Do not order anything from them .

I googled that I wanted the best quality kids monster truck that was also able to go in water. I bought first on list.

Please avoid!!! Much like many other people on here, I ordered the 12000 BTU AC unit on 23 June. Upon placing the order the email receipt was in Australian Dollars. This is the first red flag. Once the tracking details were provided I could see this is arriving from China. I’ve had similar issues in the past. The product still hasn’t arrived and the customer service is simply not replying to me. I tried calling but no one picks up. Based on what I’ve seen here I think the item will arrive (God knows when), but it certainly won’t be a useful, valuable AC unit and instead will be a regular fan. I regret purchasing from here and will raise a dispute with my bank to charge this transaction back. PLEASE AVOID! I hope this review saves someone

Like other customers I purchased what I thought was a portable air con unit I got sent a cheap fan 😡
I my self tried cancelling my order in the beginning but got no reply
The customer service is horrendous they don’t reply to emails the phone line dose not work
How can I return this item and get a refund if they don’t respond
I spent £ 230 on a cheap fan i could of got from any store

This company is a scam AVOID do not use!!!!
I ordered an air conditioning unit on the 21st June. After realising they were not based in the UK I email there contact email to cancel as the order hadnt been processed at that time they never responded I have since emailed them numerous times ( they state the reply in 24 to 48 hours) and they continue to ignore me emails.

I requested to cancel my order within minutes of placing it, but my cancellation request was completely ignored. The company replied only once with excuses and then stopped responding to my emails. They later claimed the order had been shipped but failed to provide any convincing evidence or proper tracking information. It also became apparent that the company operates from China, which was not clear when I placed the order. Based on my experience, I believe the communication has been misleading and the customer service unacceptable. I would recommend that potential customers do their research and proceed with caution‼️

Ordered a Portable Air con unit. Received a fan instead, they agreed it was their mistake and said they would send what I ordered ASAP. Over 3 weeks have passed and I keep asking for updates but haven't had a single response. Starting to think this might be an air con scam during hot weather. My original order was 3 of June.

Concern that my bank advised that this site is a scam. I hope not, like the look of the pendant lights.

The 128 Tb SSD's arrived after a very long time. Company responses to formatting problems have been ZERO -- no response to 3 attempts through every available channel. The drives will not format. They are useless, and will not even be recognized by my Mac. This is a scam.
