Ordered a 12000 BTU air conditioner. Took over 2 weeks to come. I spend over £250 on this and when it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered! It was an air cooler which is worth about £30! Trying to get a refund but no replies! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Website advertised 12000 BTU air conditioners at prices that looked too good to be true (and were) during the recent UK heatwave, with a "sale ends today" countdown that never seemed to change. The site advertises "Free Shipping within the UK", giving the impression the item is dispatched from the UK - only after ordering is it revealed the item ships from China. For some reason the payment is taken in Australian Dollars! The advertised Netherlands telephone number does not exist, the support@ email address in the order confirmation bounces back undelivered and repeated emails to info@ requesting cancellation and a refund have gone unanswered. Over a week after ordering, the product has not been dispatched and all communication has been ignored. You'll end up having to dispute the payment through your bank or Paypal. SCAM. AVOID.

Scam website. Cheap knock off items that in no way match the photos and description are sent. Then you receive no answer from their support.

Delivery times are also misleading on the website as it is dropshipped tat from China.

Avoid.

weeks to turn up and when it did totally the wrong item ordered in the air-conditioning unit and a fan turned up no way did it state that it was coming from Canada or China total scam

Order this item for my husbands 75th birthday on July 7th. I hope it comes by then. He saw it online and said how much he liked it, so I thought it was a perfect gift for him!!

The company is from china the customer service 0 they will try not to refund you their product are a scam please dont order from them unless you want to bin your money assistance zero they will send a cheap fan no air conditioner still try to get back my money through paypal

I am absolutely disgusted by this company which doesn’t even deserve one star. Their customer service is non‑existent, and once they have your money, they disappear.

On 15.06.26 I purchased a Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling Dehumidifier. I attempted to cancel the order immediately, but my emails were ignored. The item arrived yesterday, and it was not the product advertised. Instead of a 12000 BTU air conditioner, I received a 65W air cooler — a completely different, significantly lower‑powered device.
This constitutes false advertising and failure to supply goods as described, both of which fall under basic consumer protection laws. I contacted Decors Deluxe and have not received any response.
A shockingly poor and untrustworthy company.

I bought a portable 12000btu air conditioning unit - seller sent me a cooling fan. Not even sending a smaller/less efficient AC unit - a fan...

Prior to receiveing the product I tried cancelling the purchase as I discovered it would shipped from China (I needed the product urgently), however seller would not let me cancel the order as they had sent shipping information to the freight forwarder (it still took 7 days for the product to get from the seller to the origin facility).

I want to return the item I ordered and they will not respond back to me for a refund

The product is useless.
