My first time experience with DC Shoes

My first time experience with DC Shoes was phenomenal!

After visiting the DC Shoes website and discovering that the shoes I was looking for were out of stock, I gave them my email so they could contact me when they were back in stock.

Within a day I received an email that said they were back in stock and that I could order them, which I did right away.

Two days later, I received an email from DC Shoes that said they had shipped my shoes, and that they were on the way.
The next morning, my shoes were delivered in perfect condition.

To me, my entire experience with DC Shoes was incredible.
I really appreciated their timely follow up on my order, as well as all the communication updates via text and email.

The delivery timeframe was just as incredible, as I received my new shoes in less than three days.

All in all, a super great experience for me from start to finish.
Thank you DC Shoes for all your incredible efforts, and for the great shoes too!

Don't fall for there 30% off

Everytime I try to buy a Pair of Sneakers from DC SHOE COMPANY They always give you a Promo Code for 30% Off but it Never works its a Scam so you'll buy from them anyways but I won't that's a Cheap Trashy way to get Customers.

Horrible and unreliable customer serive

Worst experience with any company in my whole life , it all started from the get go , I been buying dc shoes and clothing since I was a kid up till now as an adult id say a good 20 yrs . I went to order 3 pairs of dc shoes and above it said im legible for free shipping!!, on check out it said i had to pay , then I was supposed to have 25% off on my first total purchase for signing up online , when I put in the 25% it did not allow me to use it , that beeing said I spoke on chat and was told I have to pay fir tge order first then they will refund me which they did thankfully. Next issue was my tracking and delivery, I was tracking my package for a few days and one of those days when I check again it said package delivered and of course I was at a cottage with friend ls and my wife at the time so we decided to head home to retrieve our package from dc shoes incase weather damages it or somone takes it , well we got got home and there was no package so trip ruined and $400 loss , I then asked the individual mark on chat to speak to a manager and I was told she would call me as soon as she was out of her meeting which she did not!!! , the day after I reach out again to Mark and let him no the manager did not call me, so he reach out to her again and told him to tell me she will call me that day at some point rest assured, ounce again no call from the manager, I reached out again day after and was told she said she will call me ounce everything has been figured out 🙄 . So I call dc shoes myself and speak to the manager Carla and spoke about compensation for all tge crap I been through as explained above , Carla apologized and told me she will escalate the matter to a higher level and get back to me 24 to 48 hrs which she did not also , I called again and spoke to another manager who also apologized and said she will also escalate the higher up department and reach out to me tommaro regardless with an answer or not just to keep me posted abd of course she did not either , I waited 4 days and no one reach out to me , I called again and was told a manager would contact me via email which he did and then I was told he herd back from the higher department and they will not compensate me and feel the 25% discount i was supposed to have regardless was fair enuff including my refund of shipping. It took over 1 week to tell me that which by the way I was told by the manager Carla she would give me an additional 25% off forsure but would try to do better but she would have to escalate the matter to the higher department first. Overall worst experience and I definitely would not recommend purchasing from dc shoes ever because as you can see there a bunch of liars and have no work ethics and definitely do not no how to treat there customers.

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would.
My order is still missing for over a month and no one is replying to me and when I try to call im on hold for an hour then they cut me off.
Then on another order the sole come of the shoes I got after 2 weeks yet again no reply. Just do not order from them

Totally shocking service!

Made my Order on the 13th of June then proceeded to watch it go on a journey all over Europe 4 countrys in total and then back to what I assume is DC's warehouse on the dpd tracking. I have sent in excess of 10 emails to DC and not received one single reply from a actual person just a automated reply every time.

Customer service is non existent sort it out DC this is not how to run a business.

Vile company

Vile company used to be the king of skate shoes had them 2 and a half months and they virtually disintegrated at the heel bought another pair of shoes from shien of all places for a quarter of the price at the same time that have lasted longer, wrote a complaint email 2 weeks late still no reply I literally hope they fold cos they don't deserve to trade with standards like that.

Shipping is Not Refundable, even if it is DC Shoes makes a mistake.

I've been looking at DC Shoes Court Graffik and finally noticed they were on sale a few weeks ago. Since I'm in Canada, shipping is not free so when I noticed I would have to pay $30 for shipping, I decided to order 2 more pairs of shoes. These aren't great shoes and I wouldn't normally buy them, but I figured if it was free shipping and they were relatively cheap, I'm ok with that.

Fast forward 2 weeks.

I received the Graveler and DC Cure High-Top. But NOT the Court Graffik. No emails or notifications or anything. I had to email support and they said that the Court Graffik were out of stock so they will refund me for that one pair of shoes. (Supposedly $54.91 refunded, but still haven't seen it)

But the Court Graffik was the pair of shoes I wanted. I asked them to at least refund the shipping, but they would not budge saying Shipping is non-refundable!!

I said, ok, send me another pair then. They said no, the price is higher and I would have to pay more.

I then ask to return the full order and refund me the full amount then. They said, they can initiate a refund, but shipping is still not refundable. I then get an email saying a refund has been initiated and that my estimated refund is $15.76???

What the heck??

I paid $150.54, and they will be refunding me ($54.91 + $15.76) = $70.67.

I just got scammed almost $80!!!??

The company is disgusting.

The company is disgusting.
I purchased a pair of shoes wore them for 20 minutes maximum in my home. Sent them for a refund.
DC then told me the would not issue a refund and if I want the shoes back I'd have to pay €25 or they would destroy them.
After many emails they are still refusing a refund and are refusing to return my property unless I pay their ransom.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered shoes on a sale and they sent the wrong ones. It's near impossible to contact them and you will be waiting weeks for a response. Their solution was for me to send the wrong shoes back for a refund and then I have to re purchase the shoes I had already purchased which meant I would be buying them on the non sale price. I should have been sent my order after sending back the wrong ones instead of being made to buy them full price when it was their error. Contacted them again as it isn't right I should have to repurchase them at full price for them to completely ignore me. No response. So if they mess up your oder it's basically just tough s**t. My first time ordering from them with the plan of ordering more as my boys are now into skateboarding but won't be ordering from them ever again. They could have kept a customer if they had just taken back the shoes they sent incorrectly and then fulfilled my order by sending out the correct shoes that I have actually paid for and are still in stock. There is no reason why they can't send me my order they just want to try and scam me jnto paying more it would seem.

Placed an order last week

Placed an order last week, no confirmation received, no payment taken, no record of it in my order history, tried contacting them via Facebook and email, no response, called the customer service number and no answer, at the point of cancelling the order if they do actually get in touch now as they don’t deserve my custom. Avoid!!! The other reviews speak for themselves

$20 shoes are better

I got a pair of low cut black and white dc shoes with thick laces. Within 3 days the padding in the bottom of the shoes were already gone. 2 weeks the fabric at the rubber soul was deteriorating. 3 weeks go by not even a month the shoe laces were falling apart so bad they dont stay tied I had to buy new ones.

Extremely disappointing experience

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with DC I feel others should be warned.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son, and one of them arrived completely wrong , different model inside the correct box. Mistakes happen, and I reached out right away expecting a simple exchange. Instead, I was met with over a week of back-and-forth emails and delays. After nearly two and a half weeks of waiting, they suddenly canceled my order without my consent, issued a refund, and told me there was nothing they could do, if I still wanted the shoes, I’d have to go back on their site and order them again from scratch.

No offer to prioritize or fix their mistake. No accountability for the inconvenience or the shipping costs I paid as a Canadian customer. Just a generic “sorry” and a canceled order I never asked for. They did return my money, but they made it seem like they’re doing me a favour for paying me back for the shipping.

This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since my son had been excitedly waiting for his shoes. I won’t be ordering from them again , and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or decent customer care.

I tried ordering a snowboard boots with…

I tried ordering a snowboard boots with DC Shoes, it took two weeks to arrive, and i already placed an order from Burton. I went back to the representative; they claim it was already processed and "shipped".
Now, two weeks later, it has finally arrived. I tried to return it, but they're charging me a $10 processing fee. What a joke

6 weeks and no refund

Ordered a ski bib and ski jacket. One item came and it wasn’t worth the money so returned. The other was supposedly issued but never arrived. It’s now been 6 weeks and I haven’t received a refund despite DC saying the item was returned by Royal Mail.

Nobody responds to emails or they take weeks to come back to you.

Absolutely shocking services and will definitely feel anyone who suggests buying their products

Please be warned when purchasing from DC

Please be warned when purchasing from this site. I have always been a lover of the DC trainers however, there customer service is unbelievably poor. I returned some trainers due to poor quality - one trainer was scuffed. I have proof of postage and have contacted them on many occasions but im nearly 2 months down the line with no response. There American site have got back to me but sadly cannot deal with the UK.
Extremely poor customer service in the UK and I will never order from them again. Thankfully my bank are now fighting for it so I do have support from somewhere.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service! Ordered £70 trainers and arranged a return via Evri. Evri collected the parcel but lost it. Evri has told me to revert back to DC to arrange a refund. On my initial email I had a generic response which clearly showed they hadn’t read my email. I have emailed DC every other day, submitted all the evidence and they are refusing to respond.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Brought a pair of shoes in stock. Got an email a few days later saying shipped. When chasing up the order magically I was refunded for the shoes but no the postage and packaging. After emailing a number of times with no response. Feel like bang my head against a brick wall would be more productive!

Avoid

Avoid. Worst customer service ever. I purchased expensive snowboarding boarding boots but had a problem straight away. Been waiting over 3 weeks for customer service to get back to me. They are about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe. Quick enough to take your money and send you loads of junk emails but don't even have the decency to reply to a problem with their product.
