Tried ordering shoes through their website and both times I tried they sent my parcel off with no information on it so it got stuck at customs and sent back to them terrible customer service to .

I didn't receive the order. They are not answering on the customer support mails for clarifications and expected delivery details regarding my order. Avoid to order from them. Probably they are scam.

Give a complete refund when the shoes break in 2 months. Not a little bit of the payment. Never buying shoes there anymore!!

Half of the order was never delivered and the other half had to be send back because of the terrible sizing. Customer service is also the WORST

Bought me DC’s (pure hightop) from Empire Skate NZ and love them. Most comfortable shoes i’ve ever wore and they look great!

I had problems with DHL not delivering my shoes, but Dcshoes responded and helped me out! Everything got sorted out and i got my shoes, they also gave me 2times % off because of the inconvenience. They responded to my emails 'with delay' but they apologized and said it would take longer because of how busy they are. All with all, the service was good with me and i will def order way to much shoes again.

Do not order your shoes here! They are not reacting to your emails. They have no phone number. Waiting 4 weeks for a refund for a not delivered order. DO NOT ORDER. They are rather a scam then a store.

Not the first time buyng from DC, actually I love the brand. But this summer during sales that I decided to trust them it has been a huge mess!
a) the first order was never received and the refund was only partial. I am assured that the rest will be paid but 2 weeks later nothing has taken place
b) for the second order I had to return as the size was not a good fit. I am provided with t return label that does not work at the prescribed courier and to no courier that I have tried
For both the stopped responding to my mails suddenly as its a single person taking care of this communication and went on holidays!!
I am frustrated and disappointed

I've ordered shoes as gift on 21st of July and there's not even communication between customer service and us since then. It's still being prepared and they didn't even answer back my messages via contact form. There's no phone number that I can call and no physical address. So I'm not sure if they're FRAUD or not!!!

I make an order. They canceled it. Weeks later the item is still available. The website even says the exact amount of the available item.

They canceled my order becaause I found a really good discount code. Just be honest instead of saying the item is out of stock.
