Worst return policy online
I called literally 10 mins after I placed an order to cancel or exchange the size on a shoe after I realized I made a mistake. They said we can not cancel or exchange once an order is placed! Why cant they if they haven't shipped it yet!? Or at least with a few clicks exchange the size. No way their system allows it. I then recievd the order. They charged me $10 return shipping label and worst is the $10 charge to put back my money on the my credit card.... WTH.... They are the worst policy I have seen by far online. NEVER AGAIN.
Customer Service is Walmart Grade
I wish there was option for half a star. If you have any kind of issue with your order , prepare yourself for Walmart grade customer service. An incorrect shipping address auto populated on my order and they refused to change it .. but told me to track down the people that bought my old house and have them receive it and send it to me … gtfo ..

I bought shoes from this website, and then I received an email with my order number so I could track where my package was. When enough days had passed, I checked the tracking and saw a note saying that they had called me but no one answered, even though I double-checked everything and no one had called me. Then, the next day, when I entered the tracking code again, it said that my package had been sent back to the sender, but no one has refunded my money or contacted me.

I got a pare of DC's about 6 months ago an there starting to fall apart. Not only that but one of the shoes didn't fit right had a weird spots in it that hurt my foot. Sux cuz I like these shoes. They usually are pretty much indestructible untell now. What happened? I'm disappointed an probably just stick with vans.

Awful experience with their online store
Awful experience with their online store. I live in Toronto. I paid 110 CAD for sneakers (71 sneakers + 10 tax + 30 delivery), they returned me just 66 CAD... They do not return delivery amount and moreover they took Handling Fee!!! 14 CAD... for what??? it was not mentioned on their site clearly.... Scammers... Additionally the delivery was delayed.... I got the delivery after 13 days...
UPD: (12.11.2025) they paid for returning delivery. so as a result I've lost less money for that purchase, thanks them.

Canceled half of my order, would not honor coupon when I tried to order them again, got a crappy email back from customer service, got hung up on by customer service, and when I called back I was not able to speak with a manager. Don't waste your time or money with this shady company!!!

Terrible experience returning an order in UK, all my emails chasing my refund were met with a copy and paste reply stating 'check tracking link', of course, I had done that! Their courier confirmed that the parcel was delivered to them 20 days ago, no IRL reply, no refund , shocking - my guess it's an AI auto response that cannot read ....!!! AVOID

After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot i got really scared about my order because i spent a lot of money, But in my experience my delivery took around 3 days. When i opened the box my shoes fit perfectly, in amazing condition and no imperfections whatsoever, I would definitely buy from there again

I ordered shoes on 13 th August extra payment for 2 day deliver. Even if it was shipped next day the 14 th . It should have been here by 16 th . It was urgent . I sent an email to Customer service . Nice reply someone would call !!!!

Don't believe the hype!
Ordered from their site for the first time and size 5.5 for kids is way off. My daughter has been this size for years and not only was I charged for shipping, I also had to pay for returns. Customer service is monotone and for the price of these shoes, customers deserve a little more. The product itself is very basic so really disappointed. Don't believe the hype!
This sucked
Ordered off of the official website months ago - they went to BELGIUM despite my order being from the United Kingdom, claimed that my address was wrong and sent the shoes back. Had to chase a refund. Ordered again from Amazon, was meant to come on Tuesday, then Friday, and now it’s Saturday and they still aren’t here. I’m meant to leave for a vacation soon and I needed those shoes, an honest let down. 🤦♂️
