They could have a live chat system where you can directly talk to a person or have a phone number to call when problems arise. Biggest flaw with the company I have is problem resolution

They dont reply to emails. Too long refund times. Very poor customer service.

Great shoes when they have what i want in stock, unfortunately this is not very often.
Don't get much of an update on your order so after 14 days I was getting a bit worried but arrived safe n sound in the end.

DC Shoes are the best and as always deliver to high standards. previously brought DC Shoes before and they can last for years. Very impressed with the quality toughness and strength of the material. Ordering was simply. However dont do paypal installments. But they do have an alternative. Delivery was very quick and arrived in a couple of days after ordering. Fantastic looking shoe and very comfortable

Delivery was quick and efficient, shoes were delivered in one piece and I'm overall satisfied with their colour and quality.

Very slow delivery service aim to dispatch in 7 days is ridiculous

Slow delivery (way beyond their estimate). Order only partially fulfilled despite waiting over 2 weeks. Non existent customer service. Avoid!

Wrong delivery address and despite emailing numerous times they tried to deliver to rhe same incorrect address. Can’t speak to anyone all is automated. Yet to receive my refund as noone will talk to you. Bad bad customer care

Don't make a big mistake like me, the sneakers I bought on this site cost 120 EUR and the quality is terrible, the first time I used them the paint came off and stained the socks and the whole leg, fraudulent website, NEVER BUY HERE.

I placed my order and was given an expected delivery date, when that delivery date came around my order was refunded into my account. I sent multiple emails asking where my order was to see what was happening and not once was I replied to by an actual customer service rep only an AI bot who told me my order had been held up, but that doesn’t explain why my order was refunded? So I did what any normal person would do and assume that mean they had cancelled the order. Seeing as they never informed me they were refunding the order, it was safe to say they were just not going to inform me that it was cancelled. I went and bought my boots elsewhere with the refunded money. 5 days later they took the money again out of my account and shipped the boots, once again with absolutely no communication so now I am out of pocket and having to try and cancel an order I placed with a different supplier. I have sent multiple emails of complaint and not a single customer service rep has come back to me. Absolutely terrible customer service

If I could leave less than 1* I would. Customer service is appalling. Asked for help via email. Ignored for 3 weeks. Gave them a nudge, was asked to fill in a second form then only to be told essentially to sell what I had and buy something new.

My snowboard boots were out of warranty. I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement, just a little help that would have cost them £zero.

DC's just lost a customer for life with their approach to customer service. Congratulations.

Extremely delayed shipment for 2+ weeks with NO response to multiple emails. When payment was cancelled and refund for what was already paid requested, having opened a dispute with my bank, suddenly my request for refund from them was ignored, and my shipment sent out, with a load of crap email about how the shipment was stuck and their I.T department had gone down for weeks. Will never use this company again, ever.
