Product arrived with no tags and was…
Product arrived with no tags and was too big anyway so I sent it back. Checked the progress of the parcel being sent back by Royal Mail and said this “We're holding this item at Failsworth SUDO. We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today. We'll attempt delivery as per the instructions we've received, which is usually on the next working day.” I printed out the return label exactly as I should of. I really hope this doesn’t affect my refund especially because they’re already taking £3 from my refund to cover the shipping back to them.

Fantastic service! 10/10
I ordered a tshirt for a friend's birthday and was disappointed when I received the wrong size. I emailed Daisy Street with photo evidence as soon as I noticed the mistake (which was about 9:30pm Thursday) and asked for help correcting asap, due to my friends birthday being the following week. I didn't receive a response to the email but received a new parcel 2 days later (Saturday), with the correct size tshirt and a personalised letter of apology, instructions on what I could do with the previous tshirt and a discount code for a future order. I was really impressed! I cannot fault the service received and the speed in which they solved it for me. This was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be looking to order again as know they look after their customers.

Good Trendy Fashionable Company…
Good Trendy Fashionable Clothes but not enough labelling and description of clothes on website. I ordered a size L which equivalated to a size 12UK, which is had to send back. Nevertheless ASOS seems to have a bigger majority of their clothes sizes on their website.

I got horrible service. I bought a shirt when it said it was in stock, it got refunded and I dont even know why. It was supposed to be a gift and no one replied to my email.

Nice t shirt but the image isn’t very bold which is a shame. When the t shirt arrived I actually thought it was inside out because the image was so faded. Quite expensive for what it is.
My daughter loves it though so that’s the main thing.
