Beautiful products but POOR QUALITY CONTROL

Products are beautiful and the cosmetics seem to be good quality. However, their quality control is lacking. One of the items that I purchased was a lip balm that is meant to look like a watch with a dangling charm. The packing for that charm looked trampled on with holes on the packaging. The condition is so bad, it wouldn't pass a bargain bin. It was inexcusable! This was meant to be a gift. How can they ship something that obviously damaged? I purchased the additional "worry-free" guarantee, but the rules for a refund or replacement ONLY covers items that are completely unusable. Because the damage was on the packaging and not on the product, it's not covered. So in other words, even if you pay full price for an item that looks trampled on, nothing can be done as long as the item itself is usable. For a company that seems to pride itself on its packaging, this is such a disappointment. The rest of the products are perfectly fine and maybe I was just unlucky, but this shouldn't have happened.

I strongly advise people to think twice…

I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Flowerknows. My order arrived very late, and when it finally came, it was missing parts.
Customer service was beyond frustrating. They kept sending me the exact same tracking number over and over again, even though I clearly explained that the package I received was incomplete. It felt like they were ignoring the actual issue.
They demanded photos as proof, which I promptly sent. After I provided everything they asked for, instead of resolving the problem or sending the missing items, they suddenly responded saying they were “on break.” That was the last message I received.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I paid for a full order and did not receive it, and customer service made the situation worse instead of fixing it. Very disappointing experience.

Favorite Makeup Brand

I have been purchasing from Flower Knows for about two years now, and I have yet to be disappointed! All of their products are very high quality and the packaging is absolutely beautiful. I look forward to all of their new collection releases. I also enjoy the free gift deals and sales that they have on their products.

Flower Knows Makeup

I wanted to wait to write this review, to test the products. Flower Knows usually never misses with their products, the blushes are beautiful, the packaging is always so ethereal. They're mainly the only makeup brand I use, sadly the Shell's Jewel collection palette in the shade '01 Moonlight Pearl' isn't as pigmented as I am used to from this company. It's wonderful to build with, but I do think this particular shade could of had more pigment. Other than that everything I own from them is 100% perfect.

First purchase with this company

I had a good experience overall. I bought one of the lucky bags and was pleasantly surprised by what I received. I have kind of an olive under tone and the colours I received are a perfect match for my skin tone. The palettes were well protected by thick plastic. I received my order within the time frame I was given. I was very worried after reading the negative comments, but I took a chance and everything went well. The only thing was, when my package arrived in Canada, I received a message saying that my package was out for delivery, and it stayed that way for five days with no news, then my package appeared at my door!

Honestly don't order

Honestly, I regret spending $139

Received a partial order mixed with other colour products that were not part of what I ordered. This is a rip-off, and I truly feel cheated. If it weren't a Christmas present, I would have sent everything back! After numerous emails which didn't get any answers about missing items, as they keep saying, " Ah, it's just some parts' colours cause we ran out of what you ordered, so we sent what we have cause we can do whatever we want with your money. They offered $30 compensation. Laughable as it is not! Partial order: what I got was blue instead of pink. The brush from the bundle didn't receive it, which I think is worth it at $10-$20, so I’m actually getting some of my own money back. They should be ashamed of themselves, as their products are not cheap, and people expect to receive what they paid for! I feel conned.

I came across Flower Knows on YouTube…

I came across Flower Knows on YouTube and my first order was the advent. I was so impressed I ordered a couple mystery boxes and so surprised how many items I received and they are absolutely beautiful and the products are good quality.

Not all items enclosed

Pallett missing from the package and they are telling me just because the package was not tampered with that the item was in there.
Cannot take fault that it clearly was not enclosed at thier end.

Thieves

When they refund you it’s through a company called SEEL. The issue is if you live in a different country that doesn’t have USD $ when they refund you you’re still out of pocket. My order was $50 USD.. in GBP £ it came to £45.68 at the time. When refunded I only obtained 85% of the value I paid due to currencies - if they company had refunded via Klarna as that’s the method I used to pay I wouldn’t be out of pocket for something
