Sully was an absolute star ⭐

Sully was an absolute star ⭐ as he understood what was happening with my father being old and frail also housebound and relying on the Internet and the house phone because at the moment he’s not got any phone or internet 🛜 I explained to sully what has happened and why it is so important for my father to have everything working properly so sully has ordered a new rotor replacement free of charge for my father for which we are extremely grateful for so when people ask me what network he is on I will tell them dasy Communications and they are very helpful and friendly company to be with so thank you so very much it’s been very much appreciated. AVOID

The man that I spoke with today was very nice (only positive) We have not had any services from this company at all but they continue to take money and when you cancel they say you have not. Spoken with everyone and have written confirmation but they still continue to take money. The manager I spoke with at one point was quite aggressive, annoyed that we dared to want to leave, although we did not have their service as we went to another provider. No apologies as it was their fault after all just this raging man who I thought was going to throw himself on the floor at any minute. Just money takers! AVOID

Hamda is an angel for help

Hamda helped me out in a lovely professional manner. She reassured me that my contract had indeed ended yesterday and the broadband wasn't going to continue at a higher rate. When like me and your marriage has broke down there is so much pressure without paying for your ex wife's broadband! Thank you Hamda your help was excellent
