Service Faults Team

Called the Service Faults team just after 18:00 and the call was answered straight away. Faz was very supportive and kept in touch through the problem being solved. He even made a follow up call the next day to make sure all was well.

Ibrahim handled my call excellently

Ibrahim handled my call excellently. Firstly it took 40 mins to get through and once Ibrahim attended the call he couldn’t hear me and call got disconnected. He rang me back instantly which was amazing service and then he managed to divert my calls to another number as my broadband was down externally and he arranged for open reach to come inspect further. Top service from a top man!!
