We have been extremely disappointed…
We have been extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication received from Daisy Communications. We have experienced ongoing mobile signal issues for an extended period, including dropped calls and little to no coverage in areas where our business operates, yet our concerns have not been addressed in a meaningful way.
Despite raising a formal complaint and sending multiple follow-up emails, we have repeatedly had to chase for updates. We have also made phone calls to follow up, only to be met with delays and a lack of clear communication. Months have passed without responses, leaving us with no confidence that our concerns are being taken seriously.
As a business that relies heavily on reliable communications, these issues have had a direct impact on our day-to-day operations. We expected a proactive approach and regular updates, but unfortunately our experience has been one of poor customer service and inadequate support.
Stay away from Daisy Communications!!!
