Excellent communication and their online system is excellent, having the ability to download the diagnostic reports prior to despatch, shortening the time taken for the item to be repaired and have the vehicle back on the road. Really good service by people who know their job. Highly recommended.

Quick and keep you updated throughout the process
CV Electronics repaired a PACCAR Engine ECU for us. The process was quick and easy, with regular updates. They give you access to their portal, which includes relevant information on the repair.
Most importantly, the truck is back up and running within a few days of booking.

Gearbox selector pad sent out one day, repaired and returned the next day, fantastic service and at a great price, meant one of our Fire Appliances was off the road for a minimal amount of time which is quite critical for us.
