I recently let my one-bed flat through Curchods Lettings in Woking, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

Emma Goodman first reached out and was incredibly proactive in getting my property ready and on the market quickly. Her communication and efficiency made the initial process effortless.

After that, I dealt with Alex, the Lettings Manager, and working with him has genuinely been a dream. He kept me fully updated at every stage, was always on top of things, and his proactive approach meant he secured a tenant for me in under a week of marketing the property.

Curchods Woking were fantastic for our move. Justin was brilliant for our initial consultation, but the two stars of the show were Millie and Chloe.

Millie managed the first sale of our flat which unfortunately (through no fault of hers) fell through. She was always across every detail and kept us updated throughout.

Chloe then managed the second buyer through to exchange and completion and was also brilliant.

There were plenty of issues and difficulties along the way, but Millie and Chloe remained positive and motivated to make sure we completed and moved into our dream home.

Mark Stanbridge at Curchods Woking branch has provided absolutely honest advice and what direction I should take in my flat sale, even if it meant it cost Curchods a loss of commission. Estate agents on the whole have a bad reputation, but Curchods, particularly Mark Stanbridge has exemplified in quality of service he provides. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great example of personalised, persistent and professional service.

Avoid this company as they got my mother to sign a disclaimer so that no background checks would be carried out on the tenants this lead to her having to pay solicitor fees as the tenants refused to leave the property and had to be evicted so much for fully managed.

I am delighted about the service i got from The Lettings team at Curchods in Woking. Alex and his team genuinely care. They are outstanding in communication, with promt replies and excellent results. If you want transparency and professionalism, these guys don't disappoint.

We deliberately chose Curchods so that the Woking and Teddington branches could work together as we had two properties to sell at the same time and wanted to tie the two transactions together. This didn’t happen and communication was poor, and the two sales happened completely independently with often a miscommunication between the two branches. I was regularly pressured to lower the price by the Assistant Manager and given a negative read of the market even though my flat sold for a good price as I stood firm. Millie Wing was great after being put onto my case relatively last minute and I was her first case - she was clearly inexperienced and couldn’t help with some things but was always enthusiastic. Unfortunately due to this experience it’s unlikely I would use Curchods again.

The Curchods team were all very professional and the sale went through very quickly and smoothly just as I hoped it would.
