A thourghly professional and friendly service that provided excellent advice from the team in Shepperton leading to a successful sale. I would certainly recommend Curchods.

Curchods dealt with both my property purchase and the mortgage application, and letting them deal with both parts produced a very successful result.
There were a few hurdles along the way, and we were communicating from 200 miles away, however Caitlin and Sally were most helpful and professional, and we were very pleased with the way the whole process was dealt with.

Staff were very helpful in liasing with solicitors and copying any paperwork which was required. I now understand why Curchods get such high praise they have really good staff.

Attention to detail; simple and fast registration process. Professional and always on top of the situation. I would recommend.

Shepperton Curchods
All have to say is that when Owen was Manager at this branch he ran a tight ship. Now he is not there its shite tip. Comminication utterly rubbish unless you asked for it and I was lied to as well. It is a shame to write this review as in past I have had good relations with Curchods but that was when Owen was there.

We strongly recommend Curchods. Declan assisted us from the very beginning in a very professional and pleasant way. Our buyer's solicitor was not easy to work with, and Declan was always available to intervene and reassure us, texting us even outside standard working hours. We really appreciated his commitment and guidance.
The pictures and description on the brochure made our house stand out and the good relation they established with our tenants helped the process go smoothly. A big thank you to Declan and to the whole Shepperton's sale team :)

We were selling Dad‘s house after he had passed away so already not an easy process for us. From the first moment Owen arrived until the completion date everything went very smoothly and all the staff at the office were more than helpful. from the start they were very quick to get viewings and found a buyer for us within the first week!. They were very accommodating to myself and my siblings. Our buyers needed to enter the property a few times for measuring up et cetera and Curchods were always willing to help. We used a solicitor recommended by Owen and this also went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Owen and his team. Sally at the office was extremely helpful and kept in contact especially towards exchange with as much information as she could get for us. It is always helpful when the estate agents are so willing to be involved with getting answers when it can sometimes be difficult to contact solicitors. I would not hesitate to recommend Curchods in Shepperton to anyone looking to sell a house in the area. Thank you so much for your help. It’s made a difficult process so much easier for us.

We have had great care and service from the Curchods, Shepperton team (for our property sale) especially from Owen Miles and Caitlin Orsman. They have been very understanding and supportive through several challenges during our sale and purchase.
We used Curchods, Weybridge, for our purchase and Kate Brooks has been a gem; she is very helpful, understanding too, and has such a happy, welcoming disposition which put us at ease.
