I have recently sold my Mother's house through Curchods as that's the agent through which she bought it. I have had an excellent experience with them. Always very welcome to pop in when down at the house and needing advice. Good advice given about selling price. The process of the sale was constantly monitored by the Negotiator, and he was in touch with all the solicitors to check process in the chain. I was kept up to date at all times. Would certainly say that I had no cause for concern at any time. A team that definitely seemed to work in harmony with each other.

Curchods in Ottershaw recently sold a house for us in Chertsey. Although they were the most expensive of the 3 quotes we received, we apponted them because we were impressed by their presentation and market knowledge of the immediate locality. We weren't dissappointed. Every staff member we dealt with were engaging, immaculately presented and professional. Big shout out to Alex and Esmie in particular. They found a buyer at a price in excess of our expectations in 10 days.

Hayley was great, kept us informed throughout and was very responsive and helpful at all points.

The team at the Ottershaw office were very friendly, helpful and professional. It was good to meet them all when they came round to the house as a team to see what the house offered prospective buyers and have answers ready to some of the frequently asked questions before viewings were booked in. Our first buyers pulled out of the agreed sale after the autumn budget. Phill Shortman worked quickly and very effectively to find a new buyer so that we did not loose the house we had an offered accepted on. Alex kept us informed on a regular basis of how the process was progressing. Overall we were very pleased with the service and attention we received.

The Ottershaw Curchods team led by Phill were very professional and friendly throughout our sale and purchase. Alex quickly phoned us to tell us of a property recently back on the market, which he thought would suit us. Esme was a star - very supportive and friendly, liaising with our solicitor with the tricky document signature process. She was also very quick to solve a minor issue with our sale.
